Role overview:

Planet is undergoing a period of huge scale, backed by leading private equity firms the company combines Payments, Tax Free, Software & Network solutions. This is a unique opportunity to join a team tasked with tying together product solutions and driving the GTM strategy under the umbrella of Planet. Reporting directly to the Head of Commecialisaion this role will be focussed on accelerating revenue generation associated with our PMS line of business while driving synergies across the company.

What You’ll do: 

  • Work closely with Product & Commercial to outline the PMS value proposition and how this ties in with the wider Planet ecosystem.

  • Utilize data to design strategies to cross sell Payments, Tax Free & Network solutions into Planet's PMS back book.

  • Take full ownership of marketing strategy & direct Campaign Marketing on where to drive initiatives to boost brand awareness, generate pipeline, deepen engagement & convert new leads.

  • Analyze Sales, Product & Campaign Marketing performance data, to refine GTM strategy and drive ROI.

  • Work closely with Product Marketing to ensure external facing product material is accurate, compelling and in line with Planets wider GTM strategy.

  • Oversee and orchestrate Planet's representation at industry events and trade shows.

  • Manage and allocate budget for marketing activity, seeking efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Special Projects: Assist Head of Commercialisation in driving company wide high profile initiatives.

Who you are:

  • 5 years experience in driving GTM strategy in a hospitality technology or software business (experience in strategy consulting also desired)

  • Advanced presentation & data analysis skills in Microsoft office suite

  • Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
