Your new role - Senior Commercial Insight Executive

This role sits within a dynamic Insight team, where you’ll work on exciting research projects across Global’s portfolio. As a Senior Commercial Insight Executive, you’ll collaborate with various teams including our commercial teams, tackle a range of insight and research projects and expand your knowledge of different research methodologies. As part of a supportive and forward-thinking team you can make a real business impact alongside developing your skills and taking on new challenges.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conducting the campaign evaluation research for client campaigns (60%): Using both internal and external resources, and ensuring results are fed back to clients in a professional and positive manner.

  • Running audience, category & client specific research (20%): From identifying relevant topics, writing questionnaire through to analysing the data, creation of sales stories & also promoting findings back to the business.

  • Writing insight presentations and sales collateral (20%): Using insights from work.shop.play research & industry data (panel, Rajar, proprietary data sources etc) to produce sales collateral for the Commercial teams, ensuring that results/information are delivered in a professional and creative format that brings the findings to life.

  • Refined knowledge of all proprietary research systems we use day to day.

  • Developed skills to enable to you run your own research projects on our work.shop.play panel.

  • Evaluate impact of advertising through measurement studies.

  • Built working relationships with the Insight and Commercial teams.

  • Thrived in a supportive, passionate team.

What You’ll Need

 

  • Insight Experience: Knowledge and experience of a variety of research methodologies.

  • Analytical Expertise: Experience of understanding and using complex and large behavioural datasets.

  • Actionable Insight: Ability to draw an insight story from multiple data sources and present findings in an insightful & compelling way.

  • Attention to Detail: Meticulousness in ensuring every piece of insight output is accurate and insightful.

  • Project Management Skills: Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

  • Flexibility & Positivity: A can-do attitude to remain agile to pivot to the needs of the business and deliver top results.
