What this job involves:
The Senior Commercial Finance Analyst will be responsible for successful delivery of Finance Business Partnering for and commercial management of the Rolls-Royce Account in the UK. Working closely with the Finance Business Partner, Account Operations Managers and the Client to provide Finance & Commercial governance proactively delivering on Finance Reporting & Analysis, Budget & Forecasting and Change Control driving value to both Rolls-Royce and JLL. The right candidate must have the ability to establish and maintain stakeholder relationships, both internally within JLL and externally with our client.
What your day-to-day will look like:
- Change Control Management
- Provides clear direction and commercial advice to the account team
- Facilitate Global Change Control Process, providing support & maintenance of processes and driving innovation
- Review of all Change Control Requests for compliance with managed service agreement (MSA) and data accuracy, providing appropriate levels of challenge and ensuring value for money.
- Create Pricing models that support a Change Control request
- Provision of relevant management information and service levels
- Provide support to the Quote process for Small Projects and Direct to Business, ensuring compliance to agreed processes
- Finance Partnering
- Be the Finance subject matter expert to Account Operations Managers
- Hold Monthly Finance & Commercial meetings with Account Operations Managers
- Develop Site and Service Level Budgets and Forecast
- Produce Monthly Financial Reporting to show performance of Actual vs Budget / Forecast with commentary
- Provide value add analysis to drive informed date driven outcomes
- Provide oversite to Client Billing and Unbilled, ensuring both are current
- Project work / Other
- Develop analysis and BI tools to support the contract performance as required
- Provide innovation and to transform Review and transform the change management process
- Support the Business On Demand processes
- Support Account Operations Managers and Client with any adhoc requests
- Lead Financial and Commercial processes with Key Suppliers
Required / Desired Experience:
- In a finance commercial role for at least 5 years
- Preferably a Qualified Accountant or studying to achieve an Accounting Qualification
- Be office based but also work remotely and be able to manage and prioritise workload
