The Arch Company is looking for a Senior Commercial Counsel to join its collaborative legal team, playing a key role in supporting commercial decision-making, technology and customer projects and transformation.
This is a broad, commercially focused role where you'll work directly with senior stakeholders across the business, advising on everything from complex commercial contracts and technology agreements to data privacy, marketing, AI governance and strategic business initiatives.

✔ Helping optimise legal operations through automation, AI and legal playbooks
✔ Acting as a trusted business partner to senior stakeholders on commercial risk and strategic initiatives
✔ Driving continuous improvement and helping embed best-in-class legal processes
Skills, Knowledge and Experience
About you
✔ UK qualified Solicitor (6+ PQE)
✔ UK qualified Solicitor (6+ PQE)
✔ Strong commercial contracts experience, ideally including technology agreements and marketing
✔ Confident advising stakeholders in a fast-paced commercial environment
✔ Solid understanding of UK GDPR and data protection
✔ Commercial, pragmatic and solutions-focused
✔ Excited by technology, innovation and the growing role of AI in legal practice
