We are looking for a highly skilled, impact driven and genuine individual to become an integral part of our newly formed Commercial Business Partnering team, reporting directly to the Commercial Finance Director.

With your strong analytical background, you will join a collaborative and forward-thinking team and play a crucial role in supporting our commercial leaders. What you’ll be doing:

  • Business partnering with the Go-To-Market function, collaborating closely with Sales Operations and Data Analytics teams to support our Commercial teams effectively.
  • Developing and monitoring commercial targets across the entire sales funnel, aiding commercial leaders in generating accurate sales forecasts.
  • Harnessing tools like Looker to craft visually engaging dashboards that convey performance metrics, offering analysis and insights crucial for delivering our functional business strategy.
  • Providing actionable commercial insights and implementing procedures or encouraging innovation to ensure the achievement of operational, commercial, and financial targets.
  • Cultivating partnerships and maintaining robust relationships with senior managers and their teams.
  • Proactively encourage and support stakeholders to promote continuous improvement.
  • Contributing to ad-hoc projects impacting the Go-To-Market organization, such as developing new pricing structures or optimizing product monetization.
  • Identifying and recommending efficiency savings while sharing best practices across the team.
  • Enhancing the understanding and impact of business performance through strong forecasting, KPI tracking, and reporting processes, facilitating informed commercial decision-making.

Who you are:

  • Demonstrated experience in commercial business partnering roles, showcasing your ability to align business strategies with operational goals effectively.
  • Possess exceptional analytical skills honed through practical experience, enabling you to dissect complex data and derive actionable insights.
  • Proficient in Tableau/Looker, adept at crafting and managing intricate dashboards to visualize data trends. Additionally, experienced with Salesforce and proficient in navigating CRM systems.
  • A strategic and critical thinker with a previous experience with devising and implementing initiatives that enhance commercial performance.
  • Deep understanding of SaaS business models and their strategic implications, allowing you to make informed decisions and facilitate continuous business growth.
  • Capable of maintaining a focus on the big picture while possessing the agility to delve into details when necessary, ensuring comprehensive understanding and effective decision-making.
  • Demonstrated ability to cultivate enduring and robust business relationships, fostering collaboration and synergy across diverse teams and levels within a global organization.
  • Possess advanced technical skills extending beyond Excel, adept at utilizing sophisticated planning and analytics tools to influence business outcomes.
  • Key interpersonal skills, facilitating seamless communication and relationship-building across all levels and functions, including interaction with the Executive Leadership team.
