  • Develop a deep understanding of each client’s business objectives, challenges, and opportunities, using that knowledge to inform media and creative strategy.
  • Bring a strategic perspective to account planning, proactively identifying new opportunities for growth and innovation.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Design teams to translate Sportradar’s proprietary technology and sports data into innovative client solutions.
  • Use analytics and experimentation to design and validate recommendations, extracting insights that advance client learning and business impact.
  • Act as an external product consultant, helping clients and agencies adopt best practices and new platform features.
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with client decision-makers and internal stakeholders, ensuring consistent alignment and delivery against shared objectives.
  • Contribute to team development by sharing best practices, mentoring junior team members, and driving cross-functional collaboration.
  • Manage operational excellence across your portfolio, including campaign setup, QA, and reporting rigour.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with deep hands-on expertise in paid social campaign management and optimization.
  • Strong strategic acumen with the ability to connect media, creative, and business outcomes.
  • Proven ability to manage complex, high-value clients and influence cross-functional teams.
  • Analytical mindset with strong skills in data interpretation, experimentation, and storytelling.
  • Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and/or Snap Ads Manager.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills with comfort engaging senior client stakeholders.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and able to thrive in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment.
  • Experience in iGaming, entertainment, or agency environments is a strong advantage.
  • Experience with 3rd party creative & media buying platforms (e.g. Smartly, Hunch) also preferred.

Additional Information

  • A collaborative environment with colleagues from all over the world (Engineering offices in Europe, Asia and US) including various social events and teambuilding.
  • Flexibility to manage your workday and tasks with autonomy.
  • A balance of structure and autonomy to tackle your daily tasks.
  • Vibrant and inclusive community, including Women in Tech and Pride groups which welcome all participants.
  • Global Employee Assistance Programme.
  • Calm and Reulay app (leading well-being apps designed to support focus, quality rest, mindfulness, and long-term mental resilience).
  • Online training videos.
  • Flexible working hours.

OUR RECRUITMENT PROCESS:

  • Initial Screening: A quick chat with our Talent Acquisition Partner to understand your background and expectations.
  • Two Technical Interviews: Meet with the Technical team and later with the Hiring Manager to dive into your solution, as also discuss team fit.
