🚀 The Mission: Driving Enterprise FSI Transformation

We are a rapidly scaling Data & AI consultancy, and we are looking for a Client Partner to lead and scale complex, multi-workstream transformation programs within our Financial Services & Insurance (FSI) portfolio.

This is not a passive account management role. We seek a strategic, commercial leader who thrives on navigating regulated enterprise environments, embedding deeply within major accounts (e.g., enterprise insurers and global financial institutions), and orchestrating multi-million-pound engagements alongside Google Cloud.

You will be the commercial and strategic nexus of our significant client relationships. You will manage complex delivery workstreams, lead multi-disciplinary teams (Data Engineers, MLOps, Data Scientists), and co-sell alongside Google Cloud account teams to scale our presence across the sector.

🎯 What You Will Deliver

• Manage Complex, Multi-Workstream Delivery: Serve as the overall commercial and executive anchor for enterprise clients, overseeing multiple parallel data, AI, and cloud workstreams while ensuring high delivery quality and value realization.

• Master Google Cloud Co-Selling: Drive account expansion in close alignment with Google Cloud (Google PAMs, AEs, and Specialist teams), leveraging the GCP ecosystem to unlock new budget lines and joint transformation initiatives.

• Navigate Enterprise FSI Landscapes: Establish trusted-advisor relationships with C-level, SVP, and Risk/Technology stakeholders across regulated banking and insurance environments

• Commercial Leadership & Account Growth: Lead all Master Services Agreements (MSAs), SOW scoping, and complex contract negotiations, growing existing accounts through proactive 1–3 year transformation roadmaps.

• Translate Technical Capability into ROI: Bridge the gap between complex technical solutions (GenAI, ML platforms, data modernization) and business metrics, demonstrating tangible commercial return to executive sponsors.

💼 What You Will Bring

• Proven FSI & Enterprise Consulting Experience: A strong track record of leading and growing multi-million-pound account portfolios within Financial Services or Insurance (FSI) at a technology or data consultancy.

• GCP / Hyper-scaler Ecosystem Know-How: Demonstrated experience co-selling alongside or within hyper-scaler ecosystems (specifically Google Cloud / GCP), understanding how partner incentives, co-sell mechanics, and funding programs work.

• Multi-Workstream Program Mastery: Ability to oversee complex, concurrent technical workstreams (Data Platforms, MLOps, Analytics) with a clear focus on account health, governance, and commercial expansion.

• Scale-Up DNA: Genuine enthusiasm for a fast-paced, high-growth environment. You are resilient, adaptable, and comfortable navigating ambiguity in a rapidly scaling business.

• Consultative & Regulatory Savvy: A ‘listen-first’ consultative approach skilled at navigating governance, security, and compliance landscapes typical of tier-1 insurance and financial institutions.

• Insurance & Banking Domain Expertise: Deep understanding of use cases across General Insurance, Specialty Insurance, or Banking (e.g., Claims Automation, Fraud Detection, Risk Modeling, Pricing Engines).

• Infectious Technical Passion: Genuinely passionate about practical applications of modern AI, Generative AI, and Cloud Analytics, with the ability to articulate technical value effortlessly to both C-suite executives and engineering leads.
