What you’ll do

As a Senior Client Manager, you will:

  • Managing a portfolio of client accounts, developing a deep understanding of their business and challenges to ensure satisfaction and drive growth.
  • Confidently showcasing Landor's capabilities to spot new opportunities, grow existing business, and contribute to new ventures.
  • Crafting compelling proposals, overseeing project delivery, and ensuring work is always on time, on budget, and meets client expectations.
  • Working seamlessly with all internal teams to deliver high-quality, impactful solutions, and ensuring everything we present to clients is polished, relevant, and on-brand.
  • Sharing insights, recommendations, and project updates clearly and persuasively, whether in a meeting, presentation, or written report.
  • Partnering with our finance team on reporting, invoicing, budget management, and proactive revenue forecasting.
  • Ensuring deliverables not only meet the brief but exceed expectations, always pushing for the best possible outcome.
  • Keeping key client deliverables and project histories well-organised.

What you’ll need

We're looking for someone who brings:

  • Prior experience in a client-facing role, ideally within a brand, advertising, or business consultancy.
  • A natural ability to connect with people, comfortable engaging with stakeholders at all levels, right up to Brand Manager.
  • Excellent organisational skills to keep projects on track and deliver results.
  • The ability to thrive in dynamic environments, comfortable with ambiguity and quickly adapting to changing priorities.
  • A strategic mindset; you enjoy thinking big picture, contributing to creative solutions, and guiding clients with clear, actionable recommendations.
  • A genuine passion for learning, exploring new ideas, and understanding how to best leverage our services for client success.
  • An understanding of business goals and the financial aspects of client accounts.
  • A collaborative spirit with a knack for motivating and supporting junior colleagues.

We believe the best work happens when we're together, fostering creativity, collaboration, and connection. That's why we’ve adopted a hybrid approach, with teams in the office around four days a week. If you require accommodations or flexibility, please discuss this with the hiring team during the interview process.

We build brands. We build futures. Landor, a WPP company, is an equal opportunity employer. We consider all applicants without discrimination or regard to particular characteristics, committed to a culture of respect where everyone belongs and can progress in their careers.
