As Senior Client Manager for National Security, you’ll play a key role in building relationships with National Security Clients, identifying and developing opportunities and ensuring sustainable and efficient delivery processes within the organisation. 

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing a diverse portfolio of National Security clients
  • Identifying and developing opportunities for growth
  • Overseeing and contributing to project delivery

Requirements

As a Senior Client Manager in NS we are looking for someone who has experience of:

  • Client and Stakeholder Partnership: Act as a strategic partner to clients, building and nurturing strong, long-lasting relationships at all levels. You will have an intimate understanding of the National Security landscape and client set, be adept at identifying opportunities for growth and  able to manage stakeholder expectations, facilitating seamless communication between technical and non-technical teams.
  • Project Delivery: You’ll have experience of working on and delivering projects for National Security clients from either a consulting, business analysis or project management perspective.
  • Commercial and Financial Insight: As part of the National Security team, you’ll be responsible for  the commercial success of your key accounts, overseeing profitability, communicating value, and identifying growth opportunities. You will be instrumental in the creation of business cases and ensuring optimal value is derived from contracts and supplier relationships.
  • Team Dynamics and Leadership: A strong team player, you’ll be  a champion for positive team culture, identifying and proactively addressing issues within team dynamics, coaching individuals and teams,  fostering an environment of continuous improvement and collaboration.
  • Continuous Improvement and Innovation: You will drive new-thinking and continuous improvement across  our teams. This includes leveraging customer feedback to enhance our services and proactively identifying opportunities to educate, upskill, and support client teams in realizing their digital ambitions.
    Requirements
    • Business Development. Identifies and pursues new strategic opportunities for business growth. Develops and presents compelling business cases and negotiates at a senior level to secure new revenue streams and partnerships
    • Customer Relationship Management. Cultivates and maintains high-level relationships with clients and stakeholders. Acts as the primary escalation point for key National Security clients, ensuring client satisfaction and alignment with their long-term strategic goals
    • Experience in translating complex technical terminology and processes to clients with varying levels of digital fluency

The role will require the client to hold a DV level security clearance.

Zaizi works with UK Central Government departments on a range of projects. To be able to work on our customer projects, employees must be Security Cleared to a standard acceptable to our Government customers. Due to this restriction we can currently only recruit candidates who have the right to work in the UK without sponsorship and who have lived in the UK for the last 5+ years continuously.

Interview Process:

1st stage:

Initial phone screening done by a member of the recruitment team

2nd stage:

Capability interview, this stage evaluates your Client Management expertise and experience.

Final Stage:

10-15 min presentation and a panel interview where multiple people from different departments ask you questions.

Salary: £75,000-£105,000
