About the role

We’re looking for a Senior Client Director to join our London studio and play a pivotal role in building and strengthening long-term client relationships. 

You will lead strategic conversations, bring creative leadership, and provide brand insights that guide our clients through complex challenges. Whether it’s steering multi-faceted brand portfolios or ensuring consistency across campaigns and projects, you’ll be the trusted advisor who translates our clients’ ambitions into impactful brand strategies and design solutions.

This is a highly collaborative role where you’ll work with cross-functional teams, driving projects from brief to execution in the FMCG and/or Drinks portfolios. You’ll ensure every project is executed to the highest creative and strategic standards, inspiring trust with our clients while championing innovation. Your work will touch every aspect of brand development, from shaping overarching strategies to overseeing detailed project execution, always with an eye on delivering excellence.

About you 

You’re a natural leader with strong strategic thinking and a flair for building meaningful client partnerships. Your experience spans multiple industries, and you excel in finding imaginative solutions to brand challenges, but experience working with global FMCG and/or Drinks brands would be advantageous. 

Proactive and resourceful, you’re deeply invested in understanding your clients’ needs and crafting brand strategies that align with their goals. A true collaborator, you thrive in team environments, fostering a culture of openness and creativity. 

You possess excellent judgment, analytical skills, and the ability to manage expectations while delivering clear, compelling communication. Above all, your passion for branding, coupled with your entrepreneurial spirit, makes you a dynamic force in leading teams and clients to success.
