Your Profile

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in luxury retail environment or client-related experience (e.g., hospitality)
• Experienced sales and clienteling professional in an omnichannel luxury environment
• Proven track record in achieving sales results and cultivating relationships with a diverse client base
• Passion for luxury retail environments; jewelry / watch expertise is a plus
• Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills 
• Thoughtful and service-oriented with knowledge of luxury etiquette
• Experienced in deploying sales strategies and clienteling initiatives
• Digitally-savvy and at ease with omnichannel tools
• Proficiency with Point of Sales (POS) systems, client tracking systems and Microsoft Outlook/email.
• Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must have authorization to work in the United States or in the country where the position is based.      
 

Preferred

• Proficiency in multiple languages
• A college/university degree
• Graduate Gemologist degree or previous Gemological Institute of America (GIA) course work  
 
Qualifications

Required Qualifications 

  • Must currently hold authorisation to work in the United Kingdom
  • 3-5 years of prior retail/retail operations experience with comprehensive knowledge of stock and store operations, visual merchandising, after sales and administration  
  • Proven track record in achieving sales results and cultivating client relationships
  • Strong analytical skills 
  • Passion for the Brand 
  • Organized, detail oriented and have a professional attitude plus interpersonal skills 
  • Flexibility to perform different tasks based on day-to-day business needs and providing a commercial mindset 
  • Responsibility and ownership 

Preferred 

  • Previous jewellery retail experience preferred
  • Previous Gemological Institute of America (GIA) or equivalent Graduate Gemologist degree course work
  • Proficiency in other languages
