Senior Channel Connectivity PM

Summary

The Lead Product Manager, Channel Management Connectivity is responsible for defining and delivering next-generation connectivity capabilities that connect our CRS to the global travel ecosystem.

This individual contributor role focuses on end-to-end ownership of product strategy and execution across connectivity with OTAs, GDS, Metasearch platforms, channel managers, and switch providers. You will work closely with engineering, partner with management, operations and support teams to ensure that our connectivity platform is reliable, scalable, data-driven and aligned with the evolving needs of hotels and partners.

 Key Responsibilities

  • Define and drive the channel management connectivity roadmap, ensuring alignment with CRS strategy and business objectives;
  • Use data, performance metrics, and stakeholder feedback to prioritize initiatives and measure success;
  • Collaborate across teams to align product direction and communicate product vision;
  • Influence product enhancements and commercial opportunities through market and customer insights;
  • Translate business needs into clear requirements, epics, and features for agile teams;
  • Partner with Engineering to develop scalable, reliable APIs and improve overall platform performance;
  • Analyze data to identify bottlenecks and implement product and system improvements;
  • Work with leading hospitality providers to enhance hotel distribution connectivity, revenue generation, and operational efficiency;
  • Define and evolve API standards, lifecycle management practices, and adoption processes;
  • Stay informed on industry trends and standards to guide strategic decision-making;
  • Leverage data to identify improvement opportunities and support product lifecycle initiatives;
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve reliability, streamline workflows, and drive automation;
  • Lead continuous improvement efforts through root-cause analysis and data-driven decision-making;
  • Act as a subject matter expert, supporting the evaluation and implementation of product initiatives.

About the ideal candidate:

The ideal candidate combines strong product management experience with deep knowledge of hospitality connectivity and API-driven ecosystems. You bring a strategic mindset, strong analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate across technical, commercial, and operational teams.

  • 7+ years of product management experience in hospitality technology, travel distribution, or connectivity solutions;
  • Experience with CRS, Channel Managers, OTAs, GDS, Switch connectivity, and related hotel distribution ecosystems;
  • Proven success delivering complex integration or connectivity products with measurable business impact;
  • Strong understanding of APIs, data flows, integration architecture, and product performance metrics;
  • Experience working in Agile or SAFe environments;
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills;
  • Data-driven approach to decision-making, with the ability to measure success through KPIs and analytics;
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field, or equivalent experience;
  • Knowledge of hotel systems such as PMS and RMS, API lifecycle management, XML/REST APIs, and BI or data visualization tools is a plus;
  • Demonstrated strengths in strategic thinking, analytical problem-solving, continuous improvement, and balancing technical and commercial priorities.
