Role Summary:

The Senior Account Manager, Channel will be responsible for defining, building, and executing Reltio’s regional channel sales strategy to accelerate growth through indirect routes to market.

This individual will manage the sales engagements from inception to close through strategic relationships with system integrators, resellers, and consulting partners—enabling them to position and sell Reltio Data Cloud™ solutions effectively. The role focuses on developing a scalable, high-performance channel model and driving joint go-to-market execution within defined territories, including Southern Europe and the Nordics.

This is a strategic and hands-on role suited for a commercially driven, partnership-oriented leader with deep experience in SaaS, data management, and ecosystem-based selling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Input to the creation of and then execute Reltio’s channel strategy in Southern Europe and the Nordics to drive incremental revenue through partner-led opportunities.
  • Support the Alliance team to identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners, including system integrators, resellers, and consulting firms.
  • Build strong business plans with each partner, outlining joint sales targets, enablement initiatives, and go-to-market motions.
  • Partner with Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, Alliances and Marketing to generate new business opportunities through the partner ecosystem.
  • Enable partners to successfully position Reltio Data Cloud™, Reltio AgentFlow™, and other offerings within their customer base.
  • Drive demand generation programs with partners, including co-marketing campaigns, events, and joint prospecting.
  • Manage partner pipeline in Salesforce, ensuring accurate forecasting, reporting, and pipeline visibility.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with global Alliances, Product, and Marketing teams to refine Reltio’s channel playbook.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of Reltio’s competitive landscape and value proposition to articulate differentiation with partners and customers.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to partners, fostering strong long-term relationships built on mutual success.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS or data management sales, with at least 4 years in channel or partner development roles.
  • Proven success defining and executing channel or indirect sales models across multiple regions.
  • Strong network and understanding of regional partner ecosystems in Southern Europe and the Nordics.
  • Deep familiarity with data management, SaaS, or cloud-based platforms (MDM, analytics, AI, integration preferred).
  • Track record of driving measurable revenue growth through partner ecosystems.
  • Exceptional relationship management, negotiation, and stakeholder alignment skills.
  • Experience with Force Management MEDDPIC or similar enterprise sales methodologies.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and channel management tools.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; additional European languages highly desirable (French, Spanish, Italian, German or Nordic languages).
  • Willingness to travel regionally (25–40%).

Preferred Skills: 

  • Experience building or scaling channel programs for high-growth SaaS organizations.
  • Familiarity with ABX or ecosystem-based go-to-market frameworks.
  • Cloud-selling certifications or channel sales enablement training.
