The opportunity

We have the opportunity for a Senior Change Manager to play a pivotal role in driving transformation across QBE’s global technology and operations landscape. You’ll lead the design and delivery of change strategies for high-impact programs that enable QBE’s vision to become the most consistent and innovative risk partner.

This is a strategic role where you’ll influence senior stakeholders, embed new ways of working, and ensure successful adoption of initiatives that span data, AI, and enterprise technology.

Your new role

  • Lead and implement change management strategies for enterprise-wide transformation programs

  • Driver

  • Develop compelling communications and content for organisational change initiatives

  • Drive stakeholder engagement and onboarding for data and AI transformation projects

  • Design and deliver training programs to support adoption of new processes and policies

  • Assess change impacts, manage risks, and ensure compliance with global standards

  • Mentor and support team members to achieve business objectives

  • Continuously improve change methodologies and leverage technology to enhance engagement

About you

  • Proven track record in leading complex change management initiatives across global organizations

  • Strong background in driving delivery of AI products and solutions into large complex organisations

  • Expertise in agile methodologies with experience delivering change programs across multiple countries

  • Ability to leverage data and insights to build persuasive business cases and demonstrate return on investment

  • Skilled at using technology to drive engagement and accelerate adoption of change

  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with people leadership experience preferred
