Job Description

Campaign Management at Shippeo is responsible for designing, executing, and optimizing full-funnel marketing campaigns that support brand awareness, demand generation, pipeline creation, customer growth, and revenue impact. As a Senior Campaign Manager, you will plan and deliver integrated campaigns across a broad range of initiatives, including brand-building campaigns, performance marketing, events, product releases and customer expansion campaigns. This role will focus on three core areas: building long-term brand awareness to attract high-quality inbound demand, capturing immediate in-market demand through performance marketing, and developing targeted programs in close collaboration with Sales and GTM teams.

You will work closely with teams across Sales, Product Marketing, Customer Success, Marketing's Center of Excellence (CoE) team, Revenue Operations, and GTM teams to turn business priorities into clear, measurable, well-executed campaigns.

This is a hands-on role that also requires strategic thinking. You will be expected to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, coordinate across functions, and bring structure and clarity to a fast-moving environment. You will also have real scope to shape how campaign marketing is built and scaled at Shippeo.

Location & Work Model

Location: Paris or London

Work Model: Hybrid (at least 2 days per week in-office)

Application Requirement: As we operate internationally, we kindly request all candidates to submit their CV in English. Applications submitted in other languages cannot be considered.

Contract Type: Full-time

Function: Campaign Marketing

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and execute full-funnel campaign strategy: Plan and deliver integrated campaigns across brand awareness, demand generation, demand capture, product releases, events, customer expansion, retention, and sales activation. You will turn business priorities into clear campaign plans with defined audiences, messaging, channels, timelines, deliverables, KPIs, owners, and reporting requirements. You will also take ownership of outcomes, not just tasks, and help improve campaign planning, prioritization, documentation, execution, and ways of working as the company grows.
  • Drive brand awareness and demand generation: Create long-term campaigns that build awareness, strengthen Shippeo's market position, and attract high-quality inbound demand over time. You will also execute performance marketing tactics - including review sites, paid social, retargeting, and other high-intent channels - to capture buyers who are actively looking for solutions. You will ensure all demand generation activity, from brand-building to in-market capture, is efficient, measurable, and connected to funnel progression.
  • Own and deliver events: Plan, manage, and execute event activity, including hosted events, webinars, roundtables, third-party conferences, executive experiences, and customer or prospect engagements. You will own the end-to-end event approach, including objectives, audience recruitment, sales briefing, logistics coordination, on-site or virtual delivery, follow-up, and performance measurement.
  • Partner with Product Marketing to launch targeted campaigns: Work closely with Product Marketing to use insights on market segments, buyer profiles, positioning, messaging, competitive context, and product value to shape targeted and compelling campaigns. You will translate GTM strategy, product launches, and audience-specific GTM programs into effective campaign activity, partnering with Sales, Customer Success, and Account Management to support customer expansion initiatives.
  • Lead cross-functional campaign execution: Serve as the project lead for campaign delivery, working with Marketing's Center of Excellence team. You will brief asset requirements, manage timelines, align stakeholders, coordinate internal and external resources, and ensure campaigns are delivered to a high standard.
  • Enable Sales and improve lead conversion: Establish a strong feedback loop with SDRs, Account Executives, Account Managers, and Sales leaders to ensure inbound and campaign-generated leads are properly qualified, routed, contextualised, and followed up. You will provide campaign context, targeted lead lists, messaging, enablement materials, and follow-up guidance to improve conversion from engagement to opportunity.
  • Measure, report, and optimize campaign performance: Work with the CoE and Revenue Operations to ensure campaigns are built on a strong foundation of data, systems, tracking, and attribution - including defining campaign setup requirements in CRM and marketing automation platforms. You will track performance across the full funnel, including awareness, engagement, conversion, MQLs, meetings, pipeline influence, opportunity quality, customer impact, and revenue contribution, and use these insights to assess channel effectiveness, review budget allocation, and make recommendations to optimize future activity.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years' experience in B2B campaign management, demand generation, field marketing, customer marketing, growth marketing, or a similar role.
  • Experience planning and executing integrated, full-funnel marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns, stakeholders, budgets, deadlines, and priorities at the same time.
  • Strong written English, with the ability to turn complex messages into clear campaign copy, briefs, sales messaging, and customer-facing communications.
  • Commercial mindset, with an understanding of how campaigns support awareness, engagement, pipeline, revenue, customer growth, and retention.
  • Proactive and hands-on, with the ability to bring ideas, solve problems, improve processes, and take ownership beyond a predefined list of tasks.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Haves)

  • Experience in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment.
