Job Description

The Role:

As a Senior Buyer on Topshop and Topman, you’ll lead the development and delivery of a global product offer that embodies the iconic British fashion brand.

Whether it’s tailoring, denim, casualwear or outerwear, you’ll work closely with Design, Merchandising, Marketing and Garment Tech to build ranges that excite, inspire and trade successfully across online, stores and wholesale.

This is an opportunity to shape a global product offer while collaborating across multiple functions, giving you the breadth and insight to grow your career in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

The Details

  • Develop and deliver a cohesive, commercial range that reflects Topshop/Topman’s brand strategy
  • Shape product direction in partnership with Design, aligning creative vision with divisional goals and customer insight
  • Drive department KPIs, delivering margin and profit through strategic planning, responsive trading, and smart decision-making
  • Use trend and sales data to anticipate customer needs, identify growth opportunities, and inform future buys
  • Trade in-season with agility, spotting gaps, managing risk, and potentialising high-impact opportunities across channels
  • Balance range architecture across options, ALB strategy and global requirements, with the flexibility to pivot in-season
  • Champion Fashion with Integrity, embedding sustainability and ethical sourcing into product decisions and supplier partnerships
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Merchandising, Marketing, Sourcing and Garment Tech to ensure cohesive execution, consistent brand messaging, and supply base optimisation
  • Stay close to global trends and competitor activity, using insights to evolve strategy, product mix and promotional opportunities

We believe being together in person helps us move faster, connect more deeply, and achieve more as a team. That’s why our approach to working together includes spending at least 3 days a week in the office. It’s a rhythm that speeds up decision-making, helps ASOSers learn from each other more quickly, and builds the kind of culture where people can grow, create, and succeed.
