Als Senior Business Travel Consultant – Executive Care bist du Teil eines neu gegründeten, spezialisierten Teams für VIP- und High-Value-Kund:innen im DACH-Markt. Dein Job: ein erstklassiger, persönlicher Service, bei dem du jede Reise von Anfang bis Ende betreust.
Du bist die vertrauenswürdige Ansprechperson für komplexe Reisepläne, kurzfristige Änderungen oder Eskalationen. Du kombinierst technisches Know-how in Amadeus (oder anderen GDS-Systemen) mit kritischem Denken, Organisationstalent und exzellentem Service.
Bei uns geht es nicht nur um Prozesse – es geht darum, den Menschen hinter der Buchung ein großartiges Erlebnis zu ermöglichen.Was du bei uns machst

• VIP-Support: Du betreust Kund:innen persönlich und übernimmst jedes Ticket von Anfang bis Ende.

• Komplexe Buchungen: Flug, Bahn, Hotel, Mietwagen – du managst alles, auch bei kurzfristigen Änderungen oder komplizierten Tarifen.

• Expert:in für GDS: Du kennst Amadeus oder andere GDS-Systeme in- und auswendig.

• Service, der begeistert: Du lieferst klaren, empathischen und lösungsorientierten Service.

• Teamwork & Kommunikation: Du arbeitest eng mit Account Manager:innen, Sales, Implementation und Operations zusammen.

• Eskalationen professionell managen: Du löst sensible Fälle schnell, klar und zuverlässig.

• Kontinuierliche Verbesserung: Du denkst proaktiv mit, optimierst Abläufe und teilst wertvolle Insights.

• Daten & Performance: Du nutzt Dashboards und Feedback, um immer besser zu werden.

Was wir von dir erwarten

• Deutsch auf Muttersprachenniveau

• Erfahrung als Business Travel Consultant oder in einer ähnlichen Rolle

• Tiefes Know-how in Amadeus oder einem anderen großen GDS (Sabre, Galileo, Worldspan)

• Erfahrung mit VIP-, Executive- oder High-Touch-Kund:innen

• Kenntnisse zu Flugtarifen, Ticketregeln, Umtausch, Erstattungen und IRROPs

• Starke Problemlösungs- und Entscheidungsfähigkeiten

• Exzellente Kommunikationsfähigkeiten

• Hohe Detailgenauigkeit und Organisationstalent

• Erfahrung in Contact Centern oder Executive Support von Vorteil

• Erfahrung in Premium- oder marktspezifischen Service-Umgebungen von Vorteil

How We Work

At Perk, we take an IRL-first approach to work, where our team works together in-person 3 days a week. As such, this role requires you to be based within commuting distance of our hubs. We fundamentally believe in the value of meeting in real life to improve connectivity, productivity, creativity and ultimately making us a great place to work.
