The Role

As a Senior Business Transformation Consultant – Employee Benefits, you will support large-scale business, digital, and operational transformation initiatives for leading insurance organizations. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will help define strategic visions, establish governance frameworks, and drive transformation programs from design through execution.

This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on delivery and offers the opportunity to work on complex transformation initiatives across Employee Benefits, Group Life Insurance, and Protection products.

 

Your Responsibilities
  • Support business, digital, and operational transformation initiatives within the Employee Benefits domain.
  • Facilitate workshops with senior stakeholders and translate business objectives into strategic roadmaps and actionable plans.
  • Develop business visions, value propositions, and target operating models.
  • Design governance frameworks, PMO structures, and program management practices.
  • Prepare executive presentations and strategic decision-making materials.
  • Collaborate with business and delivery teams to drive successful transformation initiatives.

Experience
  • 6–10 years of experience in business transformation, management consulting, or strategy consulting.
  • Proven experience delivering large-scale transformation programs.
  • Experience within the insurance or financial services sector.
  • Experience working with executive stakeholders.

 What We're Looking ForDomain Expertise
  • Proven experience in Employee Benefits, Collective Life Insurance, or 2nd Pillar pensions.
  • Experience with digital and operational transformation within the Employee Benefits domain.
  • Strong understanding of protection products, including disability, death, waiver of premium, and income protection.
  • Knowledge of the Belgian insurance market and regulatory environment is considered a strong asset.

Consulting Skills
  • Strong workshop facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience defining business visions, governance models, and transformation roadmaps.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to structure complex topics and translate them into clear strategic recommendations.
Languages
  • Professional proficiency in French and English.
  • Dutch is considered a plus.
Education

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
