Partners attract clients, and we provide them with transparent and reliable conditions: a clear process, accurate earnings tracking, and timely payouts. Despite being developed by a small team, Partners has already become FxPro’s most profitable product. Now we’re looking for a skilled Business/System Analyst to help us take it even further.
Responsibilities
- Own and evolve the product requirements system.
- Gather business needs, work with stakeholders, and clarify details and constraints.
- Translate requests into clear tasks for the development team and support them throughout delivery.
- Understand product workflows and integrations with other systems.
- Ensure technical solutions meet business requirements.
- Maintain and improve product documentation (Confluence, Jira, Miro).
- Act as a product expert and take part in prioritization and planning with the team.
- Take on Feature Lead responsibilities for internal projects: coordinate discovery and delivery, align stakeholders, and ensure cross-team collaboration.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a business or system analyst.
- Strong track record of creating documentation for complex, multi-component systems.
- Solid understanding of web applications and distributed system architecture.
- Excellent analytical and logical reasoning skills.
- Ability to quickly dive into a new business domain.
- Comfortable looking into code if needed to understand logic.
- Fluent English (spoken and written)
- Proven ability to lead initiatives: basic project management skills, stakeholder communication, and experience coordinating cross-functional teams
