About The Role

We are looking for a Senior Business Strategy Analyst to drive commercial excellence and regional performance for Emma's European D2C business. You will be responsible for building scalable frameworks, processes, and cross-market initiatives that enable country teams to deliver consistent results and accelerate EU growth.

You'll report to the Business Strategy Manager and work closely with Ecommerce Country Teams, Global Marketing, Category Management, and Webshop and Operations.

What You'll Do:

  • Own and drive regional commercial excellence by defining scalable campaign structures, testing pipelines, and implementation playbooks that deliver measurable impact across EU markets.
  • Lead high-impact cross-country initiatives that create regional advantage, embed best practices, and establish clear decision-making models across European markets.
  • Build scalable systems and processes that enable local country teams to deliver consistent commercial results independently while maintaining strong regional alignment.
  • Lead strategic projects at the intersection of operations, commercial strategy, and execution, ensuring Europe-wide coordination, accountability, and business impact.
  • Drive forward-looking forecasting, budget planning, and market performance visibility in alignment with country teams, Controlling, and P&L ownership.
  • Monitor process governance and KPIs across markets, identifying risks and growth opportunities to accelerate Emma's EU commercial performance.
  • Act as a strategic sparring partner to country teams, enabling knowledge transfer, performance scaling, and alignment while respecting local market ownership.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Global Marketing, Category Management, and Webshop and Operations to align on trends, priorities, and commercial execution.

Who We're Looking For:

  • You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering or a related field.
  • You have 3–5+ years of experience in business operations, strategy, or consulting, ideally within e-commerce or performance-driven commercial environments.
  • You are skilled in translating campaign mechanics, financial KPIs, and supply constraints into coherent regional planning and structured execution.
  • You are data-led and commercially sharp — you use data to make decisions, quantify impact, and challenge assumptions in campaign and financial planning.
  • You act with full ownership mentality: you define the "how," drive initiatives forward independently, and thrive without waiting for perfect conditions.
  • You lead by influence, not authority — you bring cross-functional teams together and drive alignment between Global, Regional, and Local stakeholders.
  • You are fluent in English and communicate with clarity and confidence across multicultural, distributed, international teams.

What We Offer:

  • The opportunity to create real impact, take ownership and accountability, and drive meaningful change.
  • Continuous learning and development through hands-on experience, mentoring, formal training, and access to tools such as our Learning Hub and Nilo.
  • A collaborative community of smart, driven people where you learn, contribute, and connect, every day and through team events.
  • A global environment, working daily with diverse perspectives across 4 offices and 70+ nationalities.
  • Private Health Insurance and 24 vacation days per year, with 1 extra day per year worked (until a limit of 29 days per year).
  • A flexible hybrid setup with up to 22 remote days per quarter.
  • A modern, pet-friendly office in Parque das Nações, Lisbon.

Become an Emmie

We are on a mission to become No.1 in the world of sleep, and we’re looking for driven, ambitious people to help us shape what’s next. If you’re curious, hands-on, and ready to challenge the status quo, you’ll find the space here to make things happen and create real impact.

We are proud to be an equal opportunity employer and are committed to building an inclusive workplace. We celebrate diversity and consider all qualified applicants regardless of race, ethnic origin, religion or belief, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, national origin, disability, or age.

Our aim is to get back to you within a few days. Due to the high volume of applications, there may be slight delays, but we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.
