Boeing Global (BG) is seeking a highly motivated, organized, and proactive Business Operations professional based in Westminster, London. This position has a 100% on-site requirement.
This is a multi-faceted position reporting to the Chief of Staff, focused on supporting business operations for the organization, providing in-person support to the President of Boeing Global, and providing chief of staff support to the President of Boeing UK & Ireland. This role works very closely with the BG Chief of Staff and Executive Assistant (EA), and the BG UK & Ireland team. This is a high visibility role working with cross-functional teammates globally.
The Boeing Global organization is responsible for Boeing's global strategy and operations. The organization leads development of the company's growth and productivity initiatives outside the U.S., overseeing international affairs, enhancing local presence and providing global functional support.
Role Responsibilities
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
  • Effectively manages multiple priorities, working with global teammates.
  • Plans, manages, and tracks BG company contributions budget closely throughout the year. Executes yearly budget planning process. Uses contribution tracking system (STAR) to process requests and payments, working with finance, law, etc., to ensure payments are completed in a timely manner.
  • Anticipates leaders' needs and prepares accordingly, working with Chief of Staff and EA to ensure all briefing materials are on time and of high quality.
  • Coordinates team operating rhythm and prepares for regular leadership meetings, taking notes and follow up actions as needed.
  • In-person administrative and logistical support to President of Boeing Global including preparing briefing materials, transportation coordination, and ad-hoc requests.
  • Assists in planning and executing multiple yearly offsite meetings in the London office and other global locations.
  • Takes on ad-hoc tasks as needed, balancing priorities in coordination with Chief of Staff.
  • Comfortable working independently, balancing strategic support with administrative tasks.
  • Operates as integrator for BG UK President and team, assisting in coordination and policy direction across UK business and the BG UK interface with global colleagues, coordinating briefing materials, maintaining team operating rhythm and ensuring deliverables are on time and high quality.
  • Occasional international and domestic travel.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
  • Previous experience working in business operations, executive support or in a business management capacity.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
  • Experience working in aviation, aerospace, or government affairs is desirable.
  • Demonstrates discretion, professionalism, and strong follow-through.
  • Process improvement mindset - looks for ways to drive more efficient work.
  • Willingness to learn and apply AI tools to daily tasks and processes.
  • Strong intrapersonal skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written skills.
  • High attention to detail.

This position does not offer relocation support. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense, however, Boeing will consider sponsoring applicants Employment Visa if required.
