About Tiberius Aerospace

Tiberius Aerospace is a cutting-edge Aerospace and Defense company committed to delivering innovative, secure, and compliant solutions for our customers. We specialize in mission-critical technology services for government and private sector customers, ensuring excellence in aerospace systems design, performance, and compliance. To serve our nations with Strength, Honor, and Purpose - forging the systems that defend freedom and shape the future of defense.

Position Overview

Tiberius is seeking an experienced Senior Business Operations & Programme Manager, Europe to own business operations, programme management frameworks, and commercial pipeline infrastructure across our European and UK defence contracts.
This is a high-ownership role for a leader who can bring structure, discipline, and execution to a rapidly scaling aerospace and defence business. Reporting to executive leadership and working in lockstep with our US parent company, you will bridge commercial pipeline, programme delivery, sub-contractor management, and regulatory compliance (including ITAR, AUKUS, and local MoD standards). You will ensure that from the moment an opportunity is captured to final component delivery, our programmes run on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

What You'll Do
Programme Management & Delivery Oversight

● End-to-End Programme Governance: Own the execution of European defence manufacturing and technology programmes, tracking milestones, cost, schedule, risk, and delivery against contractual requirements.
● Cross-Functional Leadership: Coordinate cross-functional teams spanning engineering, quality, commercial, and supply chain across both US and European/UK footprints.
● Sub-Contractor & Supply Chain Management: Oversee UK/European manufacturing partners and sub-contractors, ensuring performance aligns with quality standards (AS9100, AQAP 2110) and contractual flow-downs.
● Risk & Issue Mitigation: Establish programme risk registers, driving proactive mitigation strategies across supply chain bottlenecks, export licensing lead times, and technical delivery gaps.
Revenue & Business Operations
● Commercial Data & CRM Ownership: Manage Salesforce as the system of record for EMEA leads, accounts, contacts, opportunities, and active programmes in a single global instance shared with the US team.
● Pipeline Architecture: Build and maintain operational visibility across business development, capture, proposals, and live programme execution.
● Leadership Reporting: Build dashboards and reporting packs that give executive leadership full visibility into operational performance, milestone completion, project financial health, and forecasted revenue.
● Process Optimisation: Establish practical SOPs and operating rhythms (weekly/monthly programme reviews) that bring structure without unnecessary bureaucracy.

Compliance, Insurance & Quality Alignment

● Export Control & Data Governance: Partner with IT and legal teams to enforce ITAR/EAR, AUKUS exemptions, GDPR, and local security requirements across all commercial data pipelines and technical packages.
● Commercial & Insurance Coordination: Coordinate with external legal counsel and risk teams to ensure sub-contractor agreements contain proper flow-down indemnification, DEFCONs, and required product liability coverage.

What You'll Bring

● Experience: 7+ years of experience in business operations, programme management, or commercial operations within aerospace, defence, or government contracting.
● Programme Management Credentials: Demonstrated success managing complex technical projects or manufacturing programmes (PMP, PRINCE2, or APM qualification preferred).
● Domain Expertise: Strong understanding of UK/European defence procurement processes (NATO, national MoDs, tier-1 primes) and quality management systems (AS9100 / ISO 9001).
● Systems Expertise: Hands-on experience with Salesforce (or similar CRM/ERP tools) to drive pipeline hygiene, reporting, and operational visibility.
● Regulatory & Security Awareness: Working knowledge of export control regimes (ITAR/EAR, AUKUS) and data privacy regulations (GDPR).
● Vetting Capability: Ability to obtain and maintain UK Security Check (SC) clearance (or equivalent national security vetting).
● Communication: Exceptional stakeholder management skills, capable of liaising between distributed European teams and US executive leadership across time zones.

Preferred skills and experience

● Experience operating within a fast-paced, scaling business or establishing local operations for a US parent company.
● Direct experience with UK Ministry of Defence (MoD) DEFCONs and DE&S quality frameworks.
● Fluency in a second European language in addition to English.
● Experience managing complex, three-way or international sub-contracting structures.
What We're Looking For
● A Dual-Threat Leader: Someone equally comfortable building a clean Salesforce pipeline dashboard as they are running a rigorous programme milestone review with a tier-1 manufacturing partner.
● High Ownership: Ability to operate as the key operational anchor in Europe with minimal day-to-day oversight while maintaining tight alignment with US leadership.
● Bias for Action: A pragmatic problem solver who transforms high-level strategy into structured, scalable processes.

Growth Opportunity

This role provides the opportunity to build the revenue operations foundation for Tiberius Aerospace's European expansion, working closely with European leadership and the US growth team to create the pipeline visibility, reporting discipline, and commercial operating rhythm needed to scale across new countries and customers.
