About Global-e

Global-e (Nasdaq: GLBE) is the world’s leading platform for enabling global, direct-to-consumer cross-border e-commerce. We support hundreds of brands and retailers worldwide by managing localization, payments, duties, logistics, and compliance — end-to-end.

As our GTM motion scales, HubSpot sits at the core of our commercial engine. This role owns that engine.

The Role

We are looking for a Senior Business Operations Manager (CRM & Sales Programs) to lead our HubSpot architecture, automation, and CRM-driven GTM programs across Sales, Partnerships, BDE, and Customer Success.

This is a senior, hands-on leadership role requiring deep HubSpot expertise in a large, complex tech organization. You will design scalable CRM architecture, lead cross-functional technical initiatives, and translate GTM needs into robust, future-proof systems.

You’ll work closely with Revenue Operations, Business Operations, Data, IT, R&D, and GTM leadership to ensure HubSpot supports real-world sales flows, AI-driven initiatives, and long-term scale.

Key Responsibilities

HubSpot Architecture & Ownership

  • Lead, design, and own HubSpot architecture end-to-end, including:

-Workflows, automation, lifecycle logic

-Custom objects, properties, and data models

-Sales, Partnerships, BDE, and CSM pipelines

-Native and API-based integrations

  • Ensure HubSpot remains a scalable system of record aligned with GTM strategy and operating reality
  • Drive continuous optimization, governance, and technical best practices

Dashboards, Reporting & Self-Service Analytics

  • Build and maintain a scalable, self-service reporting infrastructure in HubSpot. Own and evolve key dashboards, including:

-Sales dashboard (pipeline health, conversion, forecasting)

-Partnerships dashboard (sourcing, influence, revenue attribution)

-BDE dashboard, including sequence performance and source analysis

-CSM dashboard, including Winn AI-driven automations and signals

  • Ensure reporting consistency across teams and alignment with BI / Finance

Sales Programs, Sequences & Automation

  • Own sequence architecture and governance across Sales and BDE teams
  • Lead automation initiatives across:

-Lead routing and qualification

-CSM health scoring and churn risk automation

-Meeting preparation workflows using HubSpot AI tools

  • Partner with GTM leaders to design programs that improve efficiency, conversion, and time-to-value

AI Programs & Advanced Initiatives

  • Support and help manage AI-driven lead generation and GTM programs, including:

-HubSpot and external AI integrations

-Architecture, data flows, and infrastructure dependencies

-Day-to-day program ownership: bugs, GTM requests, prioritization, and fixes

  • Act as the CRM/RevOps partner to R&D on AI-related initiatives

Cross-Functional Technical Leadership

  • Lead complex, cross-functional CRM and GTM projects involving:

-Revenue Operations

-Business Operations

-Data & BI

-IT & R&D

-Sales, Partnerships, and Customer Success

  • Translate business requirements into clear technical solutions and execution plans
  • Serve as a trusted partner to senior GTM leadership on CRM and sales program design

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on HubSpot experience in a large, high-growth tech or SaaS organization
  • Deep expertise in HubSpot architecture: workflows, custom objects, pipelines, automation, and integrations
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end sales flows, GTM motions, and commercial challenges at scale
  • Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional technical projects
  • Experience building advanced dashboards and scalable reporting frameworks
  • Familiarity with AI-driven sales and RevOps initiatives (HubSpot AI, conversational AI, lead scoring, automation)
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to influence without authority
  • Highly structured, systems-oriented, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment
