Senior Business Manager, EMEA

Tenex.ai · Pan-EMEA · Reporting to SVP & GM EMEA

Tenex.ai is seeking an experienced and operationally excellent Business Manager, EMEA to serve as the operational backbone of our EMEA organisation. This is a high-visibility, high-impact role that acts as the connective tissue between regional field teams, global HQ, and all cross-functional stakeholders — reporting directly to the SVP & GM, EMEA. Bonus structure is 100% EMEA-aligned. Start date: 1 June 2026.

Reporting, Governance & CRM Excellence

The Business Manager, EMEA owns the operational rhythm of the region — from executive reporting cadences to Salesforce administration — ensuring leadership always has accurate, timely, and actionable data.

Reporting & Governance

Owns and manages the full weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting and cadence planning cycle across the EMEA region. Designs, maintains, and continuously improves standardised reporting templates for use by the SLT, Theatre leads, and Regional teams — ensuring consistency, clarity, and executive-readiness at every level. Manages escalation tracking and the action register across the region.

Live Dashboards & GTM Visibility

Builds and maintains live dashboards that provide real-time visibility into GTM and field activity, funnel growth, pipeline progression, and business closure performance. Dashboards are designed to serve multiple audiences — from Theatre leads tracking weekly activity to the SVP and SLT monitoring regional performance against plan. Ensures all dashboard data is accurate, up to date, and directly connected to Salesforce and other business systems.

Salesforce & CRM Management

Serves as the EMEA Salesforce administrator, with full ownership of pipeline hygiene, opportunity stage accuracy, and forecast integrity across all four theatres. Defines and enforces EMEA Salesforce processes in alignment with Tenex.ai HQ RevOps. Builds and manages dashboards and reports for the SVP and HQ stakeholders. Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce (SFDC) and CRM-based reporting is essential for this role.

Reporting cadence covers: Weekly GTM Report (team metrics and actions), Monthly Review Pack (leadership summary and insights), and Quarterly QBR Prep (strategic performance review). This cadence ensures the SVP and HQ have a consistent, reliable view of EMEA performance at every level of the business.

GTM ROI Tracking & Geo Process Ownership

A critical part of this role is ensuring that every pound of GTM investment is tracked, measured, and optimised — and that EMEA-specific processes are clearly defined, embedded in Salesforce, and consistently followed by field teams.

GTM Activity & ROI Tracking

Tracks all GTM spend — including campaigns, events, MDF, and BDR activity — against pipeline and bookings outcomes. Produces a monthly GTM ROI report for the SVP and Finance. Flags underperforming spend and recommends reallocation to maximise return.

Geo Processes & Systems

Defines and documents EMEA-specific GTM processes including deal registration, SPR approvals, partner onboarding workflows, and customer escalation paths. Ensures all processes are embedded in Salesforce and clearly communicated to field teams. Owns the EMEA process playbook.

Experience working within a channel-led, enterprise analytical function is important. The ideal candidate will be comfortable defining metrics, establishing reporting cadences, and building dashboards that drive accountability across a complex, multi-theatre region.

HR Liaison, Finance & Budget Management

The Business Manager, EMEA plays a central coordination role across people and financial operations, acting as the primary regional point of contact for both HR and Finance functions.

Regional HR Liaison

Acts as the primary EMEA point of contact for HR on all people matters — including onboarding, contracts, benefits, performance management, and compliance. Coordinates with regional HR partners across UK, DACH, France, Italy, Spain, UAE, and South Africa. Supports Regional Sales Directors on local employment law and HR escalations.

Finance & Budget Management

Tracks EMEA OpEx vs budget on a monthly basis. Manages T&E approvals, vendor purchase orders, and MDF reconciliation. Provides the SVP with a monthly cost vs plan summary. Coordinates with Tenex.ai HQ Finance on headcount cost reporting.

The role covers 7 countries (UK, DACH, France, Italy, Spain, UAE & South Africa) across 4 EMEA theatres, with a bonus structure fully aligned to EMEA performance outcomes.

Legal, Compliance & Cross-Functional HQ Coordination

The Business Manager, EMEA serves as the single point of contact for Tenex.ai HQ functions on all EMEA operational matters — ensuring the region is unblocked, compliant, and aligned to global commitments.

Legal & Compliance Coordination

Liaises with Legal on EMEA partner agreements, GDPR compliance, and data processing addenda. Tracks contract status across all active distributor and reseller agreements to ensure the region remains fully compliant and commercially protected.

Cross-Functional HQ Coordination

Acts as the single point of contact for Tenex.ai HQ functions — including Finance, Legal, HR, Product, and RevOps — on all EMEA operational matters. Ensures EMEA field teams are unblocked and that HQ commitments are delivered on time.

This role is ideally suited to a candidate with a strong background in business applications including Salesforce (SFDC), HubSpot, and Clari, metric and dashboard ownership, channel-led enterprise environments, and general business coordination and planning — someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution. Experience leveraging AI tools to automate workflows, streamline reporting, and drive operational efficiency is a key requirement for this role — and central to the Tenex.ai way of working. The candidate will have proven Pan-EMEA experience, having operated across multiple theatres or geographies within the region, and must be UK-based. The ideal candidate will be numerically strong and highly proficient with spreadsheet tools, able to compile automated reports and build real-time dashboards that drive visibility and accountability across a complex, multi-theatre region.
