💚This role is within the Coupons team who provide discount codes so our customers can get a great deal and our partners see an increase in traffic to their online stores. Our team is based between Bristol, London, Warsaw and Chicago. This role will also be supporting the growing Giftcloud business which provides gift card reward programmes to businesses.
The BI analyst will be responsible for a suite of dashboards used by the entire Coupons team. There are further opportunities to provide reporting and analysis in order to support our sales and other teams on driving new business and improving our performance. The right candidate will be technically competent but also confident explaining their work to internal stakeholders.
📝You’ll spend time on the following:

Translating business questions into analytical hypotheses, data needs and reporting requirements

Assist in developing and managing on going multi-country reporting and analysis across a variety of platforms and metrics

Ensuring data-driven decision-making by providing actionable insights drawn from quantitative and qualitative information to help drive business decisions

Accountability for reporting accuracy and engaging stakeholders to fully interpret business needs/requirements and delivery of effective and intuitive reporting

Analysing ongoing business trends and communicating with key stakeholders

Providing training to non-data colleagues
🦄We’re excited about you if you have:

Hands-on SQL experience. You should be comfortable working autonomously with large scale databases and manipulating data using SQL

Experience using a data visualisation tool e.g. Tableau, Looker, Power BI (we use Tableau)

Unwavering curiosity to uncover & fully understand new and exciting insights combined with the enthusiasm to share across the business to multiple stakeholders all the way to the coupons leadership team, in Weekly Business Review meetings, among other forums.

Superior attention to detail, problem-solving skills, self-motivation and the capacity to work under pressure and tight deadlines

A drive to produce high quality work. Ideally with experience in checking work of others

The ability to synthesize complex datasets and trends into easy to understand visualizations and dashboards, and explain data concepts and stories to stakeholders outside of the data teams.
