The Hosting & Connectivity (H&C) team are looking for a senior associate to support LSEG client connectivity business and product development. Key responsibilities include supporting strategic relationships across LSEG divisions and external partners. You will partner with product managers to support sales and client acquisition programmes. You will also be accountable for sourcing, analysing and interpreting the management information to deliver strategic business cases for the improvement and transformation of the H&C product portfolio. Additionally, the Senior Business Development Specialist will support the BSM and AE in operational matters relating to the H&C Important Business Service.
This role offers excellent opportunities for network building as the H&C team leads the connectivity engagement across LSEG Markets (equity trading, DMI, Post Trade), FTSE Russell and FX. Expertise will be developed in supporting the team’s operational resiliency responsibilities and meeting connectivity regulatory requirements.
Team/Department Description
The Hosting and Connectivity team serves a key role at the heart of LSEG Markets; providing our customers access to LSEG applications and data across Group divisions. Our team assumes significant responsibility in providing secure, resilient and trusted solutions that support critical services across the Group. H&C is a customer facing team managing new and ongoing customer partnerships, and continuously strives to improve the product portfolio and generate P&L for the Group.
Hosting & Connectivity is an Important Business Service of LSE plc and operates a diversified portfolio of products supported by a global network. We collaborate across the Group to maximise client opportunities and ensure connectivity meets regulatory, risk and governance goals. The position will be reporting to the Business Service Manager.
Behaviours and Skills
Ideally 4+ years experience in a business or product analysis role.
Partnership and collaborative attitude, ability to employ cross-divisional networks to deliver objectives.
Ambition to develop expertise in Hosting & Connectivity offering and continuous scanning of competitor landscape for roadmap proposals.
Excellent skills in Microsoft Office suite: proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel and CoPilot.
Proven ability to develop customer or partner relationships.
Analytical approach and confidence in employing data to support business modelling.
Ambition to develop responsibilities in leading LSEG relationships and the proactive improvement of the solutions LSEG offers our customers.
