The roleWe are looking for a technically curious, open source driven, autonomous Senior BDR who will build the first outbound motion at Kestra. You will work from open source signals, understand real world usage, and create the bridge that encourages developers and engineers to explore Enterprise and Cloud offerings at the right moment.

Build repeatable research, qualification, and outreach standards
Experiment, iterate, and shape the first outbound motion with autonomy and speed
Generate SQL pipeline that converts signal into enterprise adoption
Help define the future of orchestration GTM
