YOUR DAILY ADVENTURES WILL INCLUDE:

One of our core goals for 2026 is the complete digitalization of the European phone-to-taxi market. We are moving beyond ride-hailing to provide our fleet partners with advanced SaaS and operational capabilities.

We are looking for a relentless, hands-on Business Development Manager to build and lead this new vertical from scratch. This is a true "startup within a corporation" opportunity.

  • Zero-to-One Execution: Design the Go-to-Market strategy and execute it. You will be the first boots on the ground to capture the analog taxi market, starting with our initial beachhead markets before scaling across Europe;
  • Bridge Product & Sales: Act as the primary feedback loop between the market and the Product Team. You will ensure we build what the market needs;
  • Drive Expansion: Lead the rollout of our Dispatching Tools and other solutions, establishing trust with key fleet partners and hacking our way into new sectors;
TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE:
  • Strategic Vision: deliver a strategy that captures huge new sectors, find ways to hack the market;
  • Analytical Approach: translate vague and complex industry problems into clear solutions. Persuade stakeholders and investors with data and cold logic;
  • Stakeholder Alignment: use flexible communication styles to align Sales, Operations and Tech teams, as well as wide range of diverse partners across Europe;
  • Sales acumen: put your strategy and product to the front lines — test and polish your pitch, help to guide the sales team to deliver your vision far and wide.
  • Experience: 5–7 years in Business Development, Strategy, Product or Project management. Backgrounds in Top-Tier Consulting, B2B SaaS, or dual-sided Marketplaces are highly preferred;
  • Languages: Fluent English and German are required. Spanish is a strong plus.
