For over a decade, we’ve been at the forefront of video game marketing across Europe & North America, working with the biggest gaming brands and creators in the industry.
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Business Development Manager to join our team in the dynamic world of gaming. In this key role you will be responsible for developing and implementing growth strategies while expanding existing client relationships.
Tasks
* Identify and develop new business opportunities in the gaming industry (primary) and related sectors (secondary).
* Develop innovative product- and brand-focused marketing strategies based on customer needs and project requirements in close collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
* Conduct market and competitor analysis within the gaming sector.
* Independently establish and maintain a monitoring and scoring system for new releases across desktop, console and mobile platforms that forms the foundation for your sales pipeline.
* Contribute to the development and promotion of new marketing services for gaming clients.
* Represent the company at gaming trade shows and industry events.
Requirements
* Proven experience (at least 2 years) in business development or sales, ideally within the gaming industry.
* Strong background in marketing and communication, preferably with agency experience.
* Deep understanding of the gaming sector and current market trends.
* Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
* Strong negotiation skills and ability to build long-term client relationships.
* Self-motivated with a proactive and independent work style.
* Fluent English skills (additional languages are a plus).
* Willingness to travel to international gaming events.
