Job Description

Role overview

This role sits within the Marketing & Business Development function and is responsible for making FRP’s BD, CRM and marketing data usable, actionable and commercially valuable.

The Senior BD Analyst will maintain high‑quality CRM data, develop clear and practical reporting including Power BI dashboards, and deliver proactive insight that support partners and BD teams in understanding relationships, campaign performance and pipeline activity. The role works closely with the Senior BD Manager – London and the National Marketing & Business Development Director to support informed decision‑making and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain Power BI dashboards for partners and leadership covering campaign activity, relationship coverage, pipeline visibility and Sales Navigator usage
  • Analyse engagement, financial and referral data to identify relationship risks, growth opportunities and cross‑selling potential
  • Support the client programme by providing proactive insight and commercially relevant analysis
  • Ensure clean, accurate and reliable CRM data to underpin effective reporting insight, including resolving duplicates and standardising key fields
  • Own and maintain core CRM lists including clients, referrers and sector data ensuring data is fit for commercial analysis and decision-making
  • Work with stakeholders to align CRM data standards and promote best practice across the firm
  • Analyse sector trends, campaign performance and content engagement to identify growth areas and inform BD activity
  • Collaborate with sector leads and BD colleagues to translate data into clear, actionable recommendations
  • Support effective use of Sales Navigator, including lists, tags and CRM integration where relevant
  • Produce concise monthly insight summaries highlighting key movements, risks and priorities for focus

Qualifications

  • Experience in a data, reporting or insight role, ideally within a professional services, marketing or business development environment
  • Strong working knowledge of CRM systems, with hands‑on experience of data management and data integrity
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience building or maintaining Power BI dashboards
  • Ability to translate commercial or partner questions into clear, practical insight and reporting
  • Comfortable working across Marketing, BD, Digital and central CRM stakeholders
  • Naturally curious, commercially minded, and interested in understanding the wider business and client landscape
