What You Will Get To Do:

We are currently recruiting Business Analysts & Senior Business Analysts for our EMEA Enterprise Analysis & Transformation team, where you will have the opportunity to deliver complex and challenging change programmes for our customers, both internally and externally, across a wide range of business portfolios.

You will ideally have working knowledge of one or more of the following Portfolios; Asset Management, Wealth, Life & Pensions, Product & Corporate Change.

Across these Portfolios, our initiatives range from New Client Onboarding, Corporate Transformation, Regulatory Change, Client Relationship Management and Operational Optimisation, following client-centric models to manage small & complex change.

We are looking for dynamic champions of change, who are self-starters and well experienced in all realms of Business Analysis tools & techniques. This role provides the right person with a real opportunity to help shape the future of change within the organization.

Key Responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the ideation of new requests, leading the discovery and due diligence analysis phases to ensure solid foundations are set.
  • Leading the elicitation and documentation of business outcomes & stakeholder needs.
  • Working closely with and act as the conduit between design, architecture and delivery teams maintaining focus on building client-centric solutions.
  • Lead and facilitate meetings & workshops and confidently presenting to key stakeholders & clients.
  • Identify operational impacts and support operational readiness activities to ensure change is embedded successfully.
  • Provide outcome-based reporting on team or delivery progress in the format required by the programme team.
  • Lead and mentor other junior members of the team to support the growth of a high performing team (applicable to SBA).
  • Continually share external & internal BA knowledge & experience to boost the evolution of the BA Practice.

What You Will Bring:

  • Financial services experience, particularly within fund administration, asset management, wealth or life & pensions.
  • Experience operating in an analysis-based role with a full appreciation for BA techniques and the various frameworks i.e. Waterfall, Agile, SAFe.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills including client-facing experience, working well with others throughout the organisation at all levels.
  • Proven champion of change and motivator of others.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to lead and take ownership.
  • Naturally curious with the desire to constantly improve the status quo.
  • Offer personal agility when responding to change in business demands and lead the way for those more resistant to change.
  • Constantly perform to the best of their ability and encourage others to do the same focused on quality deliverables.
  • Strong desire to support the continued growth of the BA Practice and the company’s strategic goals.
  • Degree or equivalent qualification in Business, IT or related area.
  • Relevant & industry recognised BA Qualifications provided by BCS, IIBA, ISEB, CBAP, etc,
  • Experience working with internal and external stakeholders across multiple locations and time zones.
  • Previous experience line managing or mentoring others (applicable to SBA).
