We are seeking a highly experienced and technically proficient Senior Business Analyst to join our Enterprise Delivery team. This role is pivotal in bridging the gap between business needs and technical implementation, ensuring that projects are delivered with precision, quality, and strategic alignment.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Discovery and Business Requirement creation across a range of specific commercial and operational Projects: Crypto Integration, Geographical expansion Programme, Global Custody Solution.
  • Act as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to elicit, define, and document clear and actionable business and functional requirements.
  • Lead and facilitate structured workshops, stakeholder interviews, and working groups to extract detailed requirements for new and existing strategic initiatives.
  • Translate complex business needs into user stories, use cases, and functional specifications, ensuring alignment with development team capabilities.
  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders through status reports, dashboards, and presentations, ensuring transparency and accountability.
  • Display a strong delivery mindset, taking responsibility and tasks to see items through to completion.
  • Build strong working relationships across departments to ensure stakeholder expectations are managed and met.
  • Represent the Business Analysis function with professionalism and promote the values of CMC Markets across internal and external engagements.

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience in a Senior Business Analyst role within financial services or a regulated environment.
  • Strong background in both business analysis and technical disciplines, with the ability to understand and challenge development decisions where necessary.
  • Experience working within Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and/or hybrid project delivery frameworks.
  • Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and MS Project or equivalents.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving ability with a structured, analytical mindset.
