As a Senior Business Analyst with a primary focus on reporting and analysis, you'll be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to identify trends, problems, and opportunities, ultimately providing data-driven insights and recommendations to improve business processes and outcomes. 

Consulting, P&L, CPG, RGM, Data Engineering, Automations, Tooling

Key Responsibilities:

Data Collection and Analysis:

  • Gather data from various sources (internal databases, reports, surveys, etc.).
  • Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
  • Use analytical tools and techniques to perform in-depth analysis.

Reporting and Presentation:

  • Develop clear and concise reports summarizing findings and recommendations.
  • Create visualizations (charts, graphs, dashboards) to effectively communicate data insights.
  • Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner.

Problem Identification and Solution Development:

  • Identify business problems and opportunities based on data analysis.
  • Develop and evaluate potential solutions to address identified issues.
  • Assess the impact of proposed solutions on business processes and outcomes.

Process Improvement:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements based on analysis and recommendations.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of implemented changes and provide ongoing analysis.

Requirements Gathering and Documentation:

  • Work with stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements.
  • Document requirements and translate them into actionable plans.

Communication and Collaboration:

  • Effectively communicate findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Collaborate with other business analysts, project managers, and IT professionals.

Skills and Qualifications:

Business acumen of financial P&L.
Strong excel and analytical skills.
Quick learner and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Understanding of business processes and systems.
