Senior Branded Content Producer

Your New Role

This is a Senior Producer role in a team of high functioning creatives and project

Managers, across some of Global’s biggest brands. You need great communication and influencing skills, as well as a creative flair and the ability to juggle many projects at once. If you dream it up, you can make it happen too. It's not just radio. Events (Summertime Ball, Jingle Bell Ball, Classic FM Live, Radio X Presents...), Social, Video, Outdoor, Podcasts. It is on and off air. You will be confident leading on some of our biggest multi-platform campaigns. You will have an eye for detail and be a brilliant problem solver. You are the ultimate cheerleader for Branded Content, making us known as the team that ‘can.’ Dreaming up some of our biggest ideas and making them happen.

Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Branded Content Producer at Global, you will:

  • You’ll drive a greater level of pro-activity in the team, ensuring yourself and your team bring a ‘can do’ attitude in both brainstorms and in project management.

  • You will take on some of our biggest, most complex projects, leading on some of our highest profile campaigns.

  • You will be solutions-focused with a collaborative approach to achieve objectives for all parties.

  • You will begin to work towards managing one direct report with support from your line manager and internal training programmes.

  • You’ll provide support for newer team members when they manage bigger projects.

What Success Looks Like

In your first few months, you’ll have:

  • Supported the Head and Deputy Head of Branded Content, creating a positive, creative environment.

  • Been vocal in brainstorm, contributing relevant, creative, deliverable ideas in response to client briefs.

  • Contributed to some integrated partnerships across multiple brands and helped secure future campaigns.

  • Seamlessly blend into the team, building relationships with various editorial and commercial teams.

  • Worked with your focus editorial brand on ways of working over next 12 months.

  • Worked closely with the Head and Deputy Head of Branded Content to agree how you will support the team on a week-by-week basis.

What You’ll Need

  • Creative & Strategic Thinking: Experience generating creative solutions that meet client briefs to engage listneres

  • Project Management Skills: Have strong organisational skills to support forward planning for brainstorm rotas and planners, supporting overall team operations for the Branded Content Team.

  • Leadership Potential: An interest in management and coaching and developing individuals.

  • Balancing needs: The ability to balance the needs of many stakeholders and engage with them in a positive way.
