THE ROLE

The Senior Brand Marketing Manager plays a critical role in shaping how the ASOS brand shows up in culture, in market, and across the full consumer journey. Sitting at the intersection of strategy, creativity, and execution, this role delivers campaign moments that build brand desire, channel demand, and drive measurable commercial impact.

This is a senior, consumer-centric brand role. You will act as a creative strategist and connector across the business, turning insight into action through compelling storytelling and integrated campaigns. Working in close partnership with Product, Creative, Media, and Commercial teams, you will help bring the Group Go To Market Plan to life in a way that moves both brand and business forward.

What you'll be doing...

Campaign Strategy & Execution

  • Contribute to the development of annual and seasonal, consumer-centric brand plans aligned to business priorities.
  • Partner closely with Product and Design teams to translate creative direction into emotionally resonant consumer moments.
  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of integrated brand campaigns, events, and activation moments across priority categories.
  • Ensure all outputs across creative, media, retail, and digital are cohesive, on brand, and aligned to strategic intent.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work in close partnership with Product & Design, Paid Media, Digital Marketing, Retail Marketing, Merchandising, PR, Social, and Creative Studio teams to deliver campaigns across all channels.
  • Own day-to-day relationships with external agencies and independent creatives, ensuring work is on brief, on time, and commercially effective.
  • Champion clear ways of working, strong alignment, and decisive communication across the organisation.
  • Lead with insight, using consumer, market, and cultural intelligence as the foundation for strategy and creative direction.
  • Track cultural conversations and emerging trends, holding a clear global brand narrative while enabling local relevance and execution.

Project Management

  • Lead projects from brief through to execution, managing stakeholders, timelines, budgets, and approval processes with confidence.
  • Coordinate product requirements for key moments including shoots, partnerships, and seeding activity.
  • Maintain campaign documentation and ensure milestones, dependencies, and deliverables are met.

Communication & Storytelling

  • Translate brand strategy into clear, inspiring creative direction for partners and internal teams.
  • Craft high-quality briefs, presentations, and narratives that balance emotional impact with commercial clarity.
  • Ensure all communications consistently reinforce ASOS’s brand point of view and strategic priorities.

Performance Analysis & Optimisation

  • Partner with analytics, media, and commercial teams to assess campaign performance and consumer response.
  • Use data to inform decision-making, optimisation, and future planning, recognising that creativity and performance work best together.
  • Deliver clear, insight-led reporting with actionable recommendations to improve effectiveness and efficiency over time.

Qualifications

Who we'd like to meet...

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Significant experience in senior brand, creative, or commercial marketing roles within fashion, culture, or lifestyle sectors.
  • Deep passion for fashion and culture, with proven industry knowledge and perspective.
  • Strong experience operating in fast-paced, consumer-focused environments, with a clear understanding that brand marketing is brand management.
