We’re looking for a strategic and creative Senior Brand Manager to define and drive the evolution of our brand. You’ll be responsible for shaping our brand identity, setting the tone of voice across channels, and ensuring brand consistency across all customer touchpoints - from digital content to physical assets.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and lead the overall brand strategy and vision, ensuring alignment with company goals and market positioning.
  • Establish and document a consistent tone of voice for the brand, with clear usage guidelines for website content, email marketing (EDMs), and event naming conventions.
  • Create and implement comprehensive brand design guidelines, covering digital platforms (app, website), physical assets (packaging, vans), and co-branded materials across various advertising channels.
  • Develop and manage audio branding assets, including recommendations for sonic logos, music, and voiceover styles to enhance brand recall and consistency across audio-based media.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in brand strategy, design, or marketing communications.
  • Strong understanding of brand systems and multi-channel consistency.
  • Experience in working with creative teams (design, copy, audio).
  • Excellent communication skills and a sharp eye for detail.
  • A passion for building brands that resonate with customers..
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
