  • Ownership of the Mitre brand calendar - ensuring the brand shows up in a consistent and compelling manner, across all key football, cultural, retail, and seasonal moments.

  • Lead the delivery of omnichannel brand campaigns that drive awareness, connection, and love for the brand.

  • Act as our brand guardian, ensuring our visual identity and tone of voice are implemented across all brand touchpoints.

  • Manage the brand’s relationship with agencies and other external partners.

  • Oversee brand guidelines, ensuring they evolve with the brand and are championed by internal teams and external partners.

  • Lead our collaboration and partnerships strategy, managing our relationship with key brand partners, and ensuring we activate those partnerships in a meaningful and culturally resonant manner.

  • Help shape and grow Mitre’s strategy for international expansion and broader category growth.

  • Inspire and collaborate across teams to bring big ideas to life, from concept to execution.

  • Line Manage the Assistant Marketing Manager – providing continual leadership, direction and guidance.

What you’ll bring:

  • A strong understanding of football culture, and the ability to effectively communicate, the centrality of this brand to every level of the game.

  • Good commercial understanding and ability to identify what we should be focussing upon, to have the biggest impact.

  • An innovative thinker who brings creative and authentic ideas to the table.

  • A doer - driven, hands-on, and unafraid to make things happen.

  • Organised and detail-focused, bringing clarity and momentum to those around you.

  • Comfortable working at pace and prioritising effectively in an ever-evolving environment.

  • Confident to challenge and probe, with a real passion for pushing the Mitre brand forward.
