Jack Link’s EMEA is the European, Middle East and Africa regional arm of Jack Link’s Protein Snacks. Jack Link’s EMEA operates through a network of regional offices and production sites across Europe in Germany, Netherlands and United Kingdom.

Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Brand Manager who can own and drive the Jack Link’s brand strategy, activation, and performance to deliver sustainable brand and commercial growth. You will be part of an international team and play a pivotal role in driving brand performance across EMEA markets. This position can be based in either our Jack Link's EMEA office at Richmond (United Kingdom) or Amsterdam (Netherlands).

You will be responsible for:

  • Implement brand strategy and brand positioning and evaluate effectiveness
  • Grow the brand while educating on the benefits of the category;
  • Set up activations/engagement plans for the Jack Link’s brand to achieve brand and commercial goals;
  • Development, implementation and analysis of annual brand plan & communication strategies (ATL & BTL campaigns);
  • Co-Development, implementation and analysis of NPD launches, working cross functionally with R&D and internal operations teams;
  • Work closely with Category management, Shopper and Sales teams to deliver strong consumercentric propositions and through-the-line communications;
  • Be a key member of the cross functional Country Business Team (CBT) and Marketing & Sales Team responsible for delivery of the commercial targets;
  • Support Shopper Marketing & Sales teams with necessary market, brand and product information;
  • Analyse market and consumer information to give clear recommendations to fuel future brand growth, e.g. awareness, relevance, meaning, portfolio, pricing, and communications;
  • Manage marketing budgets within guidelines. • Benchmark and understand competitor & market best practices.

Qualifications

EU Citizenship and/or valid work permit is required. Jack Link’s EMEA does not offer visa sponsorship / relocation package for this position. All applications must be submitted in English, as it is the company’s corporate language.

To succed in this position we are looking for someone who brings:

  • Bachelor' Degree and/or Master’s Degree in BA, Marketing or similar field
  • More than 5 years of work experience leading FMCG Marketing, with a focus on brand management including communications, activation, portfolio management & innovation development and launches.
  • Project management & cross functional team working.
  • Proven experience in ATL and BTL communication development & implementation, including digital and social campaigns.
  • Proven track record in launching and executing NPD in market, delivering sales growth and incremental penetration.
  • Market knowledge/track record in the FMCG environment in the UK and/or NL, ideally also with experience in establishing new brands/new categories. 
  • Strong planning and prioritisation skills, business insights and knowhow
  • Strong communication skills

  • Project-management and able to navigate complexity
  • Strategic thinker, strong executer and creative solver
  • Customer/consumer focused and action oriented 
  • Highly self-motivated, resilient and agile
  • Profound working experience in the UK (desriable) and/or NL markets
  • Fluency in English, other EU languages will be an advantage
