- The Absolut Group, the brand owner of our global white spirits portfolio, whose Gin brand unit and Business Acceleration team sit in London.
We are an organisation of 2,000 employees in the UK, headquartered in London, in a brand-new office designed with sustainability, ‘conviviality’ and collaboration in mind. We also have offices in Scotland and various distilleries and production sites across the UK from Plymouth to London to Speyside.
Your new team
This position sits in our Chivas Brothers business. At Chivas Brothers, our 1,600-strong team across 27 sites is committed to upholding the heritage of Scotch and ensuring its sustainable future, as well as opening it up to new audiences across the globe.
Chivas Regal is a global luxury Scotch whisky brand with a growing reputation for bold, culture‑shaping partnerships and best‑in‑class brand experiences. As part of the Chivas Brothers business, the brand operates across global markets with a clear ambition: to elevate Chivas Regal’s presence on the world stage through experiences that are as progressive as they are premium.
The Chivas Regal team leads the development of global brand strategy, partnerships, and experiential platforms — including landmark collaborations such as Scuderia Ferrari. These initiatives are designed not only to entertain, but to drive earned media, cultural relevance, and commercial influence worldwide.
Your unique contribution
This role is central to delivering Chivas Regal’s global experiential strategy and ensuring our brand shines on the world stage through high-profile partnerships and best-in-class activations. As a key player in our collaboration with Scuderia Ferrari, the position combines strategic leadership with end-to-end executional accountability, crafting the overarching experiential vision for the brand and bringing it to life at 2–3 major Grand Prix tentpole events annually. These events are not just hospitality—they are brand-defining moments, driving earned media, content creation, and commercial influence globally.
Own the Strategy & the Craft:
- Design Chivas Regal’s global experiential strategy—distinctive, cohesive, and built to inspire.
- Ensure every touchpoint reflects our brand ambition and delivers measurable impact.
Lead Best-in-Class Global Activations:
- Take charge of 2–3 major Grand Prix events annually, hosting 60+ VIP guests.
- Oversee everything from creative concept to on-the-ground execution—on-track and off-track.
- Manage agencies, event teams, and market engagement to deliver seamless experiences.
Be the Partnership Powerhouse:
- Act as the key relationship holder with Scuderia Ferrari, unlocking access and opportunities.
- Coordinate paddock club experiences, meet-and-greets, and exclusive hospitality for global markets.
Drive ROI & Influence:
- Ensure every activation fuels earned media, strengthens commercial influence, and elevates Chivas Regal globally.
Who you’ll be working with
Internally, you will work hand‑in‑hand with:
- The Global Chivas Regal Brand Team, shaping and delivering experiential platforms that support long‑term brand ambition
- PR & Events and Creative & Culture Centres of Excellence, ensuring experiences are designed to generate earned media, cultural impact, and premium storytelling
- Procurement and Legal teams, leading agency selection, contracting, and governance
- Market teams across key global regions, enabling best‑in‑class guest hosting and local amplification at flagship events
Externally, you will:
- Act as the senior day‑to‑day relationship owner for Scuderia Ferrari, unlocking access to assets, talent, and paddock‑level opportunities
- Lead and inspire an ecosystem of experiential, production, and specialist sports agencies to deliver seamless, high‑pressure, global activations
