Are you ready to rethink your routine? We’re looking for a Senior Brand Manager to join our Marketing team on a 12 month maternity cover contract. Reporting into our Head of Marketing,
Welcome to Trinny London!
Here at Trinny London, we’re changing the face of makeup and demystifying skincare, and we're only just getting started. Founded in 2017 by Trinny Woodall, Trinny London is challenging people all over the world to rethink their routines.

We have achieved tremendous growth since 2017 and we’re proud to be one of Europe’s fastest-growing beauty brands. We’re generating millions of sales by developing innovative products, acquiring hundreds of thousands of supporters and customers all over the world, and more importantly, building a talented and motivated team to support our fantastic growth.

Our Values

We live by three core values: we bring fearless passion, we act with smart intent and we all wear yellow.

We always go the extra mile, working together to push boundaries and celebrate our wins and learnings as a team. We listen to every idea, big or small, and make considered decisions. We support each other to achieve our goals and thrive on collaboration.

The Role

Your daily to-dos might look like this:

Strategy & Brand Storytelling

  • Lead the strategy and integrated activation of disruptive, "talk-about" brand campaigns that align with our unique tone of voice and commercial goals.
  • Oversee the global marketing calendar, ensuring a continuous stream of storytelling that keeps our community engaged and our products top-of-mind.
  • Brief and collaborate with our in-house Creative and Copy teams to produce world-class assets that reflect the Trinny London aesthetic.
  • Adapt global strategies for the UK, EU, US, and Aus markets, using regional insights to ensure our message hits home everywhere.
  • Act as the brand guardian for our Match2Me logic, ensuring its positioning remains the gold standard for personalisation in the industry.

Integrated Collaboration

  • Work hand-in-hand with Social, Communications, Digital and Retail teams to ensure a seamless Trinny London experience.
  • Lead the relationship with our media agencies to ensure high-impact execution that stays on budget and on brand.
  • Support the Brand Partnerships team in bringing commercial opportunities to life with a creative, brand-first lens.

Insights & Impact

  • Own brand health metrics and consumer insights. You’ll use data to champion the customer’s voice and refine our strategic planning.
  • Stay ahead of the curve on beauty trends and market dynamics to keep us evolving faster than the competition.
  • Full accountability for the brand marketing budget, ensuring every pound spent is an investment in our growth and brand equity.

Requirements

These skills will help you go far in this role:

  • Significant experience leading brand strategy in a fast-growth beauty, fashion, or lifestyle environment.
  • Proven ability to brief and execute disruptive, integrated campaigns that bridge the gap between high-level creative and commercial ROI.
  • Experience managing complex marketing calendars and adapting "always-on" strategies across international markets (UK, US, AUS).
  • Expert at using brand health metrics and consumer insights to pivot strategy and optimise media spend.
  • A natural collaborator capable of managing media agencies and partnering with internal Creative, Social, and Digital teams.
  • High-energy, adaptable, and community-obsessed. You thrive in a founder-led environment where speed and quality go hand-in-hand.

We love to hear from anybody interested in Trinny London! Although it’s useful to have the skills listed above, we’re always eager to hear from ambitious people looking for their next challenge.
