Job Description

L’OR is the #1 strategic growth brand for JDE Peets in the UK with high ambitions globally & locally in the UK. In this context, the SBM L’OR is a critical role responsible for:

  • Leading the Espresso Capsules Portfolio Strategy to drive long & short-term growth across L’OR and Costa brands
  • Owning the Capsules P&L to ensure profitable growth & delivery vs annual targets
  • Driving the Communications strategy & delivery for the L’OR brand across all consumer touchpoints from Media & PR to Shopper & Ecommerce touchpoints
  • Partnering & influencing global & local stakeholders to enable investment & facilitate local growth strategies
  • Contributing to a broader team engagement & development culture across marketing

For this role as a Senior Brand Manager we’re looking for someone who has the following skills and experience:

  • Minimum 5yrs brand and commercial management experience in relevant sectors
  • Proven track record of driving business performance & change through strategic clarity and stakeholder alignment
  • Strong portfolio change management & innovation delivery experience
  • Solid experience in brand equity development & communications/media TTL delivery
  • Comfortable using a variety of data sources to inform decision making (including Kantar/Nielsen)
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, establishing and developing meaningful, collaborative business relationships and the ability to flex style to the situation / audience
  • A strong ability and restlessness to seek out all growth opportunities.
  • Positive outlook as a strong leader and team player
