We’re looking for a Senior Brand Campaign Executive to play a key role in bringing our brand to life across personal and business banking. This is a hands-on, high-impact role at the heart of our marketing team, supporting the planning, delivery, and optimisation of integrated brand campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and growth.

You’ll work across the full campaign lifecycle, from shaping briefs and coordinating creative development, to managing timelines, agency relationships, and performance tracking. With a strong eye for detail and a passion for brand consistency, you’ll act as a guardian of our identity, ensuring everything we put into the world feels distinctly us.
What you’ll be doing:

  • Campaign Planning

Assist in developing and executing personal banking and business banking brand campaigns, ensuring they align with company goals and objectives.Support the prioritisation of campaigns and activities based on business needs and brand strategy.Help coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure campaign clarity and alignment.

  • Creative Development

Contribute to the creation of marketing briefs and assist in gathering feedback from key stakeholders.Being a brand guardian and helping maintain consistency in the brand’s personality, look, and feel across all touchpoints. Collaborate with stakeholders across the Marketing org, including within the Brand, Content & Partnerships team (on wider campaign delivery elements such as influencer marketing), and Design team (to support the creation of marketing materials.)Assist with the logistics of the creative production process, including securing necessary approvals from relevant teams or external agencies.Lead in correctly naming campaign assets and uploading to our digital asset management tool.

  • Project Management

Support the management of project timelines, ensuring deadlines are met and campaigns run smoothly.Communicate clearly and reliably with cross-functional teams to support collaboration and project success.Help track campaign progress and escalate any issues to senior team members when needed.Lead FinProm (financial promotions review) & compliance approval process for marketing campaign assets Responsible for campaign house keeping e.g. campaign documents and presentations.

  • Agency Collaboration

Assist in managing relationships with creative and media agencies, ensuring clear communication and alignment with campaign goals.Support day-to-day project management with agencies, tracking deliverables, and assisting in approvals.

  • Reporting & Analysis

Help define key campaign success metrics and assist in communicating these to the broader team.Work with the Data and Growth teams to gather and review campaign performance data.Contribute to regular campaign reporting, helping to analyse results and make recommendations for future improvements.Stay close to competitor activity, regularly sharing key updates with the brand marketing team 

  • Brand Guardian

Be the point person in the team to stay close to the  brand design team on the latest brand guidelines responsible, responsible for sharing any key updates with agencies and wider brand team Be the point person for Monzo’s asset management platform, making sure it is always up to date with campaign assets and any new photography 

In this role, you will bring:

  • A strong understanding and experience of marketing campaigns and brand activations
  • Experience of market trends and working with a diverse channel mix
  • Strong and proven project management skills
  • Demonstrable account management experience either in-house or agency
  • Proven experience of managing creative, artwork and approvals at senior level
  • Experience in managing complex schedules and outputs
  • Experience of working within a Project Management system (e.g Workfront)
The Interview Process:

Our interview process involves three main stages: 

  1. Recruiter Call (30mins)
  2. Initial Call (30 mins)
  3. x2 final interviews via Google Meet (x2 45mins)

Our average process takes around 2-3 weeks but we will always work around your availability.

📍 This role will be based out of our London office next to Liverpool Street station (a hybrid of office based and home working)
