Iron Mountain is seeking a results-driven Senior Business Development Executive to join our Hyperscale team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving new business and revenue generation within our Asset Lifecycle Management (ALM) and Data Center Decommissioning services. You will act as a strategic hunter, identifying opportunities with cloud customers and supporting organizations as they transition to next-generation AI computing hardware.

What You’ll Do

In this role, you will:

  • Drive new business development by prospecting and engaging Cloud customers looking to decommission legacy hardware, migrate to the cloud, or securely dispose of IT assets.

  • Lead solution sales and revenue growth by collaborating with customers to identify unique needs for secure asset management and sustainable decommissioning.

  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial prospecting to closing complex deals, ensuring all opportunities are managed with precision and tracked within Salesforce.

  • Gather market intelligence by staying current on technological developments and regulatory changes in the cloud and IT asset disposition (ITAD) space.

What You’ll Bring

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Extensive experience in B2B sales, specifically within the cloud, IT infrastructure, or asset lifecycle management sectors.

  • Strong knowledge of ITAD services, data destruction, and compliance standards such as GDPR and environmental recycling regulations.

  • Proven ability in consultative selling, with a results-oriented mindset and the organizational skills to manage multiple deadlines concurrently.

  • Proficiency in Salesforce to effectively manage sales pipelines, track performance, and report on progress.

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field, and the willingness to travel at least 25% of the time.
