Get ready to:

• Build backend services that bring AI capabilities to life inside our Payroll workflows

• Collaborate with ML engineers and operations to create real-world AI-powered tools

You’ll bring:

• 8+ years of experience in backend/full-stack engineering

• JavaScript, Node.js and PostgreSQL experience

• Strong API integration skills

• Hands-on experience integrating AI APIs into production systems

• Comfort working with unstructured/messy data and ETL pipelines

Bonus if you have:

• Python scripting experience for AI workflows

• Familiarity with OpenAI, Gemini, or Anthropic APIs

• Experience building chatbot or conversational interfaces

• Prompt engineering fundamentals

• Document/file parsing (CSV, PDF, Excel)
