Senior Associate/Vice President, Credit Secondaries

We are seeking a motivated professional to join our Credit Secondaries investment team as Vice President / Senior Associate in our London office
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate investment opportunities and drive the fundamental due diligence and analytical effort during the investment process.
- Leading transaction teams throughout the entire process, including managing and reviewing the work of junior team members.
- Prepare and present investment recommendations to committees and broader investment team.
- Managing the closing process, including the preparation and confirmation of legal documentation and other related materials.
- Developing and demonstrating an ability to consistently represent the firm in the global investment community including representing the firm outside of the office at marketing meetings, diligence sessions, investor meetings, conferences, and other events.
- Develop a network of contacts in the credit secondaries industry through deal negotiations, due diligence activities and attendance at industry conferences and other networking events.
- Assisting in portfolio analytics and fund performance monitoring.
Education/Experience Required:
- 5+ years of relevant work experience in Credit Lending, Direct Lending, or Secondary Investing.
- Strong academic record, demonstrated leadership skills, excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Sophisticated modelling and analytical capabilities.
- Detail oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects.
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic team environment, and with senior and junior professionals.
- Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial spirit and the ability to handle and thrive with increased independence and managerial responsibilities.
