The Team

We are recruiting for multiple levels, so whether you’re a Senior Account Executive looking to take the next step or an experienced Account Manager seeking a new challenge, this role offers an incredible opportunity to make a meaningful impact.

Though based in London, this role offers the chance to work with award-winning Golin and IPG teams across the globe. Our Corporate team is a key part of the Global Purpose + Planet practice, reflecting Golin's commitment to brave, impactful work. With over 40 subject matter experts in areas such as climate change, sustainability, social impact, and activism, we design powerful campaigns that inspire awe and drive action. Together, we aim to create change that matters.

What You Will Do:

As a Senior Account Executive / Account Manager, you’ll play a vital role in enhancing our clients’ brand reputation and visibility. You will:

  • Support and manage the delivery of PR campaigns that address client needs and align with their business objectives.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, building and nurturing long-term client relationships.
  • Help craft integrated communications strategies, collaborating with cross-functional teams across different geographies.
  • Oversee the development of communication materials, including press releases, speeches, and other written content.
  • Contribute to sustainability, social good, and equity-focused campaigns that sit at the intersection of purpose and planet.
  • Support in managing crisis communication strategies, acting swiftly and effectively under pressure.
  • Monitor and analyse PR metrics, providing insightful reports to both clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Assist in mentoring and supporting junior team members, fostering their growth and development.

Experience and Skills:

We’re looking for a motivated professional with:

  • Experience:

    • Previous experience in a corporate communications or public relations role, ideally within an agency setting.
    • Proven ability to contribute to large-scale and global PR campaigns.
    • A strong track record in client management and relationship building.
  • Skills:

    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong client relationships.
    • Solid organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
    • Strong writing skills for crafting compelling press releases and communication materials.
    • Proficiency in digital PR tools and strategies, including social media and online reputation management.
    • Ability to analyse metrics and provide actionable insights.
