Job Description
This role offers an experienced and curious product marketer the opportunity to create and support end-to-end marketing strategies, apply "big-picture" marketing ideas to spark internal and external engagement, and ultimately simplify complex and technical concepts for J.P. Morgan prospects and clients.
As the Blockchain (Kinexys) Product Marketing Strategy Senior Associate, you will be responsible for developing a go-to-market blockchain content strategy, as well as supporting other marketing initiatives to grow Kinexys, our suite of institutional-grade blockchain solutions. You will work closely with product, business development, and the broader marketing and communications team, this role will lead a team responsible for educating and equipping the organization with integrated go-to-market plans to bring our narrative to life.
Job responsibilities:
  • Lead our content strategy and roadmap to develop breakthrough educational content on key blockchain-related themes and topics, in partnership with agencies and internal content development teams.
  • Execute a comprehensive product marketing strategy that aligns with our overall business objectives and drives product adoption, revenue growth, and market leadership.
  • Define, develop, and establish compelling product narratives and messaging that serve as the foundation for all outbound marketing initiatives.
  • Formulate go-to-market strategies with clearly defined "moments" to help drive awareness for an emerging business.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and marketing counterparts, including executives, product managers, channel marketing, and regional marketing teams, fostering collaboration and a deep understanding of what success looks like for the business.
  • Own, lead, and manage the delivery of multiple projects and deadlines, executing complex marketing initiatives from inception to completion.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing or product strategy, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful product marketing strategies.
  • Strong collaborative leadership skills, with experience leading and managing cross-functional teams and initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to effectively plan, prioritize, and manage multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • High attention to detail and ability to identify unique areas of opportunity from customer insights.
  • Analytical mindset, with a strong ability to leverage data to drive decision-making and optimize marketing efforts.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively and harmoniously with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at various levels of the organization.
