Job Title: Senior Analyst, Audit Analytics

Role and Responsibilities
The Senior Analyst is responsible for supporting with the implementation of new analytics solutions, to drive efficiency and effectiveness within the Compliance & Audit team and identify meaningful improvements to Mundipharma’s control environment.

Manages, prepares and directs the timely execution of data-driven Internal Audit and Compliance projects

Supports the design, build and launch of new analytics solutions

Partners with cross-functional groups in the implementation of process improvements

Champions the use of analytics within the Compliance & Audit team and cultivates a data-driven mindset

Works with large datasets, using trends and patterns to identify improvements to the control environment
What you’ll bring
-
4+ years of relevant audit experience
-
2+ years of audit analytics experience
-
Experience in biotech or pharmaceuticals industry and/or a multi-national organization a plus
-
Experience of Global ERP a plus
-
Experience in Compliance a plus
Knowledge and Skills
-
Must have knowledge of accounting and finance processes
-
Knowledge of supply chain, compliance and commercial processes desired

Proven ability to lead teams and projects to successful completion.

Ability to quickly establish credibility with diverse audiences
-
Excellent interpersonal skills, an inquisitive mind, and the ability to work effectively with multiple functions
-
Requires the ability to change the thinking of or gain acceptance of others in sensitive situations
-
Positive attitude and a strong work ethic
-
Highly competent with data visualisation tools (PowerBI preferred) and programming languages (Python preferred)
-
Experience working with relational databases and strong knowledge of SQL desired

Hands-on experience with RPA and AI / Machine Learning a plus
