What You'll Do :

  • Own Pigment’s Global Analyst Relations & Influencer strategy, building from our existing plans and relationships. You will ensure we are building and caring after the right engagements based on business strategy, target audiences, buyer journeys, and key influencers 
  • Drive analyst awareness of Pigment and significantly expand their understanding of our business planning offering and potential, managing vendor briefings and inquiry schedules 
  • Work with our co-CEOs and department heads to deliver on vendor briefings to increase analyst awareness and advocacy for Pigment
  • Proactively manage vendor ratings and deliver on our goals on placement in reports such as Gartner Magic Quadrants, Forrester Wave, etc.- Keep the analyst and influencer community informed on Pigment’s developments
  •  Design and execute, in coordination with other teams, moments and events to enhance our analyst relations such as Analyst days, strategy sessions, influencer events, etc.
  • Work with Customer Experience to identify opportunities to support analyst relationships with customer advocacy
  • Stay on top of and synthesize key research, trends and analyst insights to drive our business forward: whether through updated prospect positioning, product opportunities or expansion in existing accounts
  • Prioritize and manage incoming requests for information, surveys, fact checks, customer references, and events.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance planned business activities through analyst insight, or to improve analyst relations through existing business activities
  • Build internal awareness and demonstrate value of the AR program
  • Regularly report on our progress against AR goals and analyst coverage

Who You Are:

  • You have proven experience managing Tier 1 Analyst firm relationships or in Public Relations, preferably in enterprise SaaS
  • An excellent communicator (written and oral) in English (French is a plus)
  • A relationship builder - you find small and big moments to make an impression
  • Passionate about engaging with influencers to drive market awareness and leadership
  • A team player who can manage multiple projects simultaneously and independently 
  • Very organized and able to project manage different engagements with full ownership and accountability
  • Scrappy, resourceful, action and detail-oriented, with a high ownership mindset to deliver measurable impact
  • Experience working with Senior or C-Level executives
  • Strong analytical ability to assess research relevance
