The Opportunity

Bring your expertise to a highly collaborative, creative, and innovative team with a market-leading technology product suite. We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Analyst to join our Client Solutions team in London to help oversee customer success, product implementations, relationship management, and strategic undertakings as our international client base continues to rapidly grow. Importantly, this role is a key part of Chronograph's growing presence in the United Kingdom and there will be significant opportunities to help build and scale an international presence from our London offices.

You will work closely with key stakeholders to support client adoption, best practices, and overall use case health with a focus on a comprehensive and cohesive approach to the client experience. This position will report to the General Manager, EMEA, with engagement across the organization while you help scale Chronograph’s international client solutions division.

As a team member focused on Client Solutions at Chronograph, you will:

  • Establish yourself as product expert on Chronograph’s GeneralPartner solution and act as the primary configuration contact for clients in EMEA and APAC
  • Help build and scale Chronograph’s international footprint from the United Kingdom
  • Design & implement Client Success processes and initiatives 
  • Collaborate with clients on strategic initiatives and optimization of their data strategy
  • Continue to develop recommended best-practices and work with team to deliver supporting materials to diverse constituent user base
  • Coordinate resources across Chronograph (Client Development, Marketing,, Product) to ensure timely completion of client deliverables and alignment around client development initiatives
  • Develop and monitor client expectations  
  • Support Chronograph project management resources and personnel 
  • Produce flawless client deliverables to facilitate communication around complex project requirements
  • Uphold Chronograph brand standards & values in every client interaction
  • Proactively identify account growth opportunities
  • Strategize with senior leadership to identify client business cases 

You will be successful in this role if you have:

  • Bachelor’s degree with 1-2 years of professional experience or equivalent through coursework and independent projects - ideally exposure to financial services, private capital investor relations, technology client success, sales engineering, or similar
  • A broad understanding of the Private Capital space
  • Demonstrated excellence producing time-sensitive deliverables for sophisticated and exacting client base
  • Superb (written and verbal) communication skills
  • Willingness to travel occasionally (with travel to New York expected 3x a year) 
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and attitude. Your contributions will make a significant impact on our operations
  • Ability to quickly adapt to a high-performance environment
  • Flexibility and mindset open to performing a variety of tasks
  • Proactive individual with leadership potential
  • Expert in Microsoft Office Suite: PowerPoint and Excel
